May he some kind of business rivalry when raghav was in illegal work and as ved knows mandar , mandar can't be that innocent which his family makers point him to be. Raghav may hadn't directly known or see his face when mandar was in illegal work

Basically mandaar wants both things of raghav, his wife and his position too.

At this moment his first target is raghav wife pallavi. When he will achieve this target by bringing pallavi to d house, then he will work on destroying raghav financially and the last step will be raghav losing all respect and contacts in society

One needs to have plenty of contacts. I suppose Nikhil knew about his brother's actual source of income and he also took up the same route.

All M's reasoning of getting call from the jeweller is crap. He is just adding senti tadka here. I feel he got a call where his goods were stuck up and his presence was absolutely required.

Unfortunately the accident destroyed his career and he went into hiding. Ved, Raghav, Mandaar, all are connected to each other. I hope Siku doesn't tell forget Ved.

My speculative theory.

Im also thinking in the same way as you. That same night Raghav was going to get his consignment cleared, and that's when he saw the accident. So Mandhar might also be going to the same place and maybe involved with Ved because Ved was in the same area as well. Something is definitely up with all of them. Also Mandhar seemed to know about Pallavi and Raghav being a couple as he never asked Raghav who he is. Which means he already has some info about them. Also definitely Ved knows Mandhar from a while back as he knew Sharda when he saw her which means they have met before maybe at the wedding or something. There is definitely a story there and they are now lengthening it a bit more as they have an extension of the show. Before they would tie up the stories quite fast like the misunderstanding with the photos, and then the necklace etc.
