But the problem with him is his self-entitlement. He seems to forget the fact that the penthouse is on Kinjal's name and is being given by Kinjal's mother. He is giving Kinjal ultimatums as if he owns the penthouse and that him leaving is all that is needed to convince Kinjal.

He also foolishly thinks that PariJal are together because of him and him alone. We have seen countless number of times that Anupamaa was a stronger reason for Kinjal to want to be with the Shahs than Paritosh himself. She already was judging him for misbehaving with Anupamaa and had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude about their relationship before they got married.

So why would Kinjal want to leave Anupamaa who pampers her so much, for a nuclear family with a chauvinist husband who is a replica of his father and has tried to dominate her decisions so many times, including her career when she replaced Vanraj at his office.

She is independent now and should just establish boundaries with Rakhi and Paritosh that if Paritosh continues his antics, she will divorce him but continue to live with Anupamaa, like she is living with HasLee.

With no relationship to Kinjal, Paritosh will lose his job and the penthouse as Rakhi will have no reason to pamper him anymore. That should conk some sense into him.

In Sreemoyee, Aniruddh (Paritosh) supported June (Kayva) all the time and only sided with Sreemoyee when June was jailed. He also stayed married to Kinjal (Ankita) and literally begged her not to divorce him numerous times, until her mother sponsored his migration abroad, and then in a few months sent her divorce papers because he possibly got together with someone else there. Ankita moved on, but we didn't get to see him actually pay for his sins.

This could have been a creative decision as the actor may have quit the show, but it was really not satisfying for a viewer, to not see him pay.

@blue - Anu getting upset is very normal reaction. Atleast she is not trying to impose her decision on Kinjal and toshu and she have accepted ot and also made the family member understand that it is fine to stay seperate.

Toshu's decision is not wrong. But the way he put accross his decision is wrong. These are my views about his decision-

1) If he was actually not happy with the situation in the house and he really wanted to live seperately, why didn't he even for once discuss it with Kinjal and only got into action after Rakhi offered the pent house to live? If he really was not happy he should have decided to shift irrespective of penthouse being offered.

2) No one from the Shah family has tried to influence Kinjal or Toshu's decision. They have left the decision on them. It's because of Kinjal that they are not able to move to pent house then on what basis he is giving attitude to his family members?

3) Today he told Kinjal, that if in 2 days she doesn't decide to move to penthouse, he will alone move there, so is it just his greed to live in penthouse?

4) According to me taking pent house from In laws is not wrong. But suppose after 2 days also, kinjal is adamant that she doesn't want to move out so when Toshu will tell Rakhi that he is alone moving to penthouse, will Rakhi actually allow him? According to me no, because, he is getting pent house because he is Kinjal's husband not because he deserves it. I can confidently say that in case there are some issues between toshu and rakhi in office in future, she won't take a minute to tell him ki usko job bhi usne di and rehne ko ghar bhi usne diya warna woh sab kuch deserve nahi karta. Taking flat from such MIL is an issue, who can at any moment degrade you. If it was someone else other than Rakhi, who is more understanding and less control freak, than it is a wise decision to take the pent house and not spend on rent.

5) Toshu is not trying to understand Kinjal's reason why she doesn't wanna move out, usne apna reason sabko bata diya. But shouldn't he try to understand why Kinjal doesn't want to move out? Probably Kinjal has always stayed alone may be bcoz rakhi and pramod were always busy with work, her grandparents didn't stay with them, she doesn't have any sibling. This is the first time she is experiencing having family, though a dysfunctional, but everyone does give her all the love, respect, freedom and value her opinions there.

6) Atleast Kinjal's decision is her own, no one has tried to influence it from the Shah's, neither tried to brainwash her. But that's not the case with Toshu, he is totally influenced by Rakhi and took and on top of it the greed to stay in a pent house.

7) The reason for them not moving out yet is nothing to do with sanskaar or anything, its just because kinjal and toshu are not able to come to conclusion. And everyone in family have accepted that its better to stay away and be connected rather than stay together and be unhappy. So no one from Shah's are also giving them any sanskaar ka gyaan. The issue is Toshu's approach rather than her decision.

8) He is also trying to control Kinjal the way Vanraj did. Rakhi should have an issue with that more rather than trying to destroy the Shah's, because none of them are stopping kinjal to move out. Also even if Rakhi destroys Shah's does she really think Kinjal will leave them in such situation and go stay happily seperately. I don't think so. Atleast in Toshu and Kinjal's seperation case, Shah's are behaving sensibly and maturely. Its Rakhi who behaving like a control freak and maniac by trying to destroy Shah's which I don't know how will it help Kinjal to change her decision, infact it has higher chances of her being more firm on staying back, knowing kinjal can never become selfish like Toshu.

A perfect analysis of Toshu's character....

The thing is people are worrying about the privacy of the couple. But is the Shah family forcing them?

The house is turning to a chaos, so Toshu and Kinjal might go on to a trip to refresh themselves

Toshu's mood swings from romance to rudeness only for the penthouse. He values the penthouse more than her.

I am fed up of Vanraj's cafe drama. But the Trp's are high, so I guess more of that and Anu-Kavya useless catfights will be shown. What's the point of Anu explaining anything to Kavya when there is zero change in Kavya's behaviour? I thought with the Kavya - Baa bonding episode, Kavya's character arc will improve. Or when she sees Vanraj's cafe doing well and Anu not interested in Vanraj at all. But no. Sigh..

We are displeased with Vanraj...But a good thing happened today, that we didn't get to see any cafe drama today atleast. It was Pakhi's drama but still no Anupama's academy drama...

I use to stay at town wahaan pur log raat ke 10 baje ek doosre ke ghar jaathey aur 12 am tukade baat karte theyyam. Kisi ko neend aa rahi hai agle din bachon ko school jaana hai but.
