Property tax of 20 lakhs

I don't understand these writers are high on which thing, they do not even confirm with their legal team which I expect this production house might be having before introducing such twist. Actually when Anupama has got approval for opening that Dance Academy, then there should be no question of property tax being due as no permit/approval is given when statutory taxes are due. Another aspect being that property taxes are paid on half yearly or yearly basis. Their commercial property does not seem to be large enough that such high charges will be imposed. Even for a building of 3-4 floors, charges are ashigh as rupees 70 to 80 thousand. Therefore for for property tax being you for such high amount that means it was not paid for many years and Vanraj seems to be having this basic knowledge of checking dues before opening own Cafe and investing his full savings

Yaha bina property tax bhare permit bhi mil jati hai and 50+ ka koi job scope nahi hai aisa bhi dikhate hai 😆

Vanraj ne bina kuch check kiye apni savings cafe par laga diya hai yeh bhi unrealistic hai. Koi bhi educated insaan itna zyada gawar nahi hota hai.
