So disappointed with today's ITV characters. Are there any good ones?

I used to love ITV serials years ago, but now, every single show that I've tried is so disappointing. Even the older shows that I used to watch deteriorated after a couple years. My favs used to be the old YRKKH, old YHM, and SGP. They had such positive vibes and they actually lessened your stress when you watch them. Unfortunately, Yeh Rishta went downhill after Akshara died, and Yeh hai mohabbatein went downhill after the time slot/set change. But coming to present day: I've tried Ghum hai kisi key pyaar meiin, Shaurya aur Anokhi ki kahani, Pandya store, Yeh hai chahatein, and even checked out a few clips of Mehendi hai rachne wali and Aapki nazron ne samjha. Every single show has so many negative characters who never see the consequences of their actions. The male leads on most of these shows are so damn abusive who eventually get the girl anyway. They can't stand up in front of their family but all their anger comes out in the front of the female lead. The female leads start out great in the first 20 episodes or so and then she becomes a docile, spineless doormat with no self-respect. There is not one single healthy relationship on ITV today.

Is there any Indian TV show that actually has a good plot line and is worth watching? Whose characters are not so infuriating that they make me pull my hair out?

Even so-called better channel Sony destroys their shows after few weeks or months. You are left with only Sab TV shows which too has a couple of daily soap like soaps with strong and ambitious FLs😊. If you like all genres then you may like all their shows.

If you like historical shows, Punyashlok Ahilyabai is worth the shot! 😳
