What Does Fateh Want?

Probably the biggest question in Udariyaan is what does Fateh want? From the beginning he's been indecisive, he's had no real dreams and except for Jasmine-Jasmine that he used to do, he had no other purpose. But now he doesn't even have clarity about that. We've discussed Jasso as a character and Tejo's our favourite so opening a thread for Fateh. Kindly post interpretations of his character and what you think he wants.

According to me,

he is a bit difficult to understand because he fell in love with Jasso at first sight *I personally don't believe in this but nothing wrong with that when watching stories, one of my fav FLs fell in love at first sight, but she actually was a well-written, layered character...*

So,

he fell for Jasmine, he built an idea of how perfect she is in his head, became obsessed with her like early teens when they fall in "love", his idea of "love" was slavery and stalking 🤪🤪

His dreams are built on what other people want. It's okay if you are not ambitious in life, like you don't have a specific dream or career, but atleast be clear about it. There is tons of people who don't have a clear career or can't imagine their future but atleast they are honest about it.

It was his dad's dreams then Jasso's dream and Tejo had to help him figure it out, he could atleast show more interest in his career than Tejo completely mapping it out for him.

His confused state, inability to stick to his decisions, to make a proper decision or is too emotionally driven - not impressive

He was a good friend thought, as @mistofshadows pointed out, pre wedding exchange drama...

Fateh is... an idiot.

He can't decide between the two sisters, and once he does sort out his feelings, he'll end up losing both.

He needs like a serious dose of reality check, he likes Tejo as more than just a friend but is scared to acknowledge it so he ends up taking Tejo for granted

The night he did accept her as his wife was the night he went from an idiot, to a douchebag in my book and that's me being tame 😒

Just randomly sleep with his wife and if he is bored then think about Jasmin. Unfortunately, remembered that he is a boxer by profession only one match still now. Just thinking about Jasmin other than what he does

you are definitely on the bandwagon that he wants 2 wives

well it's illegal and he seems like he wouldn't want to hear the taunts and insults of the society and father

and also jasmine wouldn't want to live with him w/o being married so...... 😆

and tejo also won't accept that he....

Who knows? maybe Fateh will have Jasso as a mistress 😆(That's my thought process after reading too many Asian CEO dramas 🤪)

On serious note, I think he just want a simple relationship (love)like his grandparents ....😆

He is a good guy with good looks and clear heart but emotionally weak and indecisive. That's his character map😆.

Absolutely not my type for sure. Not at all an ideal choice of girl with sane mind. Only psycho like Chammo can obsess over him coz they both are weak. Such guys are only lucky if they have good family background coz they themselves are good for nothing .

Either he or his family must always choose a strong girl who can lead him else he will loose path and end up in gutter with people like Chammo and Amrik.

Now what does he want ?

Well he wants anything that is not with him . Abhi Chammo later Tejo.

U have asked the most fabuluos question in the forum that none has the exact answer as its the biggest mystery of the show that will never be resolved.

The layers of his characters are not clearly definable that so much so the writers themselves are confused with their writing in order to make him as the worst male lead at present for story fascination to raise trp

They have actually forgotten that turning him into a confused child will only make the viewers more confused and eventually dump their show for other lesser confused male leads who still have some mental balance stability despite being not many in numbers

What does he want

I dont know

I am confused as well

What i think

He will be stuck between both forever

Marrying one and loving the other

Wont be surprised if he is the father of the both sibling's kids in future

One calls papa

The other calls jiju papa

What i really want

For him to confess love to tejo

But it will never happen coz jasfa fans are lingering on the makers' tails

They need to satisfy both fandoms

Let one sister get wife title and the other lover

Fandom happy trp good

What they dont understand

Fatejo fandom and the sane viewers wont bear jasfa insanity and jija sali crap for too long and that will affect trps somehow

They are just being overconfident

Thats all

What i am waiting for now

The new starplus show to kick start and if its content is better will shift to that one away from this crap once and for all
