I have watched two of Param's previous shows and those to also went off air abruptly.

He is a great actor and deserves so much.

I just want to know that if his record of shows going off air will act as barrier for getting good roles in future?

This is exactly what upsets me the most.

As a layperson, you could see that this had all the ingredients to be GREAT around episode 55- well loved leads, rising popularity in YT and online and a potential storyline that could've used the talent of the supporting actors and the chemistry between the leads to the hilt.

And then, it's almost as if someone from 4L, for god knows what reason, couldn't be arsed about it any longer, and said- "F* % ^ it, do whatever you like (to their new work experience project guys), we're not bothered", which I feel was very unfair on the cast.

Push it to around 200 episodes (very doable if they took a different track from epi 55), and it could've been one of Sony's best serials in the last few years.

Thank you ruby....i am very disheartened because this was the only show to keep my sanity in place since covid came...working from home and constanty working really exhaust me so this was a way to break free from that... the forum,the edts,our chats,ishqaan parakshita kartik the whole show is a routine for me...it became my happy place where i enjoy my time here so now with this news really broke me...i know every show comes to a end and i would have accept that happily if its not abrupt ending....if it was until October i would be happily saying good bye to the show because atleast we had enough memories of ishqaan and the show to cheerish.i knew about guls habit of not caring of her shows but this time its not only her but the channel who are extremely selfish and biased towards their show.of the cared about trps only then why is kudca still on air theirs are lower than ours on online trps...thank you for the support ruby❤️

I watch non-desi romance but my desi heart can't really relate to those as much as desi ones. Yaar Ishqaan were so different. I'm disappointed in Gul. Itna toh IPK ke time pe bhi disappoint nahi huyi thi because back then she at least acknowledged the fame of that show. She has an extraordinarily talented cast (lead+ supporting), a great storyline and such an amazing chemistry among the actors in this show. Did she ever even visit the sets of IPZN ya us doosre show ke set pe hi padi rahi humesha? Did she even try to make this show work?😒

But IPK had run its course and story had good closure. 300 episodes are good enough. Here they started it and left it within 3 months. I haven't seen her talking about IPZN. I wonder if she even watched a single episode of the show. I don't know why would any PH start the show if they don't have heart and dedication to stick to it even for 6 months.

^^ This only. As if Gul or someone in the decision making team woke up one day and decided "it's on Sony with poor ratings, it'll fail anyway let it run its course on its own" and just stopped trying altogether. Just gave up on the show which I can guarantee could've been amazing if a little attention was given. You don't need a lot of fanfare and promotions when the show is as good as IPZN. A little help goes a long way. All of Gul's earlier shows went on for at least about a year and even more (with really generic stories and just decent acting) so I find it very hard to believe they couldn't do the same with IPZN with so much potential.

Imlie is one of the worst stories according to me still it is doing so great. This is also a Gul's story. Now this is the reason they fear to experiment with good stories I guess.

I am really sad this show is going to end, but it's ok I guess. Indians don't deserve good shows😭

And gul also said one thing before that sometimes even she tries to make a good show..channel doesnt agree and she is forced to changes it...it happened with ishqbaaz where she wanted to focus only on the three brothers but starplus didnt allow it

I agree. This was a neglected child right from the start. Produce karna sirf naam ke liye hai. This one was a perhaps just a side business for her. Chala toh chale, doob gaya toh wasn't invested in it in the first place

But on SOny they allow it and don't interfere in the story.
