Honestly, I do think pandemic and resort shoot affected the storyline a bit. The pace of show was such that they were planning to end in 6 months I guess. But then they had to drag Sonu's wedding and fast paced Ishqaan wedding

It's so disheartening. No matter how much you prepare yourself, some things just can't be taken in😭

More than Ishqaan I admit I'm gonna miss the vids from set and Parakshita😭

Gul and Sony — a really bad combination for deciding the fate of a show. None seems bothered by fan/audience responses

Won't PH have a say? The show that I had been watching earlier (EDKV2) was shifted to OTT without it having any real story left to tell technically. The PH was adamant in that case I think. Yahan toh bad luck hi kharab hai

Thought so it will be off air ..guys u have to understand beside actors most important viewers need a strong story line ,those days r gone that show gets popular only for actors..what was the story since started?only negativity.. 🙄 and stretching one issue forever..after whole day of work no one want to watch this negativity..mayank, sarla,now dadi ..never ends ..

I am with you on this one Kanika. I actually cannot fangirl over more than one show at a time now, and nor can I jump from one fandom to another (at least for ITV) right away. I'll probably go back to watching non-desi shows for a while but looking at the current situation of ITV, I don't think I can come back to watch anything for a long time because nothing's worth my time to be frank. I was already pushing my limits with this show despite my hectic schedule and health just because I liked it that much (also in the hopes of a hot SR)😆Gul shows se maine bohat pehle hi umeed chhod di thi. My very first post on this forum was actually trolling Gul's rinse-repeat pattern, I still remember😆 IPZN is actually the first show after IPK that I've followed diligently, par Gul behen ko humari loyalty kahan chahiye. This was definitely an exception because usko khud nahi pata iss show mein kitna potential hain, and I'm really not putting up with another one of her shitfests in future. Jaa behen jaa 😳

Kinu, I agree there has been some issues with the storyline lately and many of us are upset over that too. The thing is, we all have different reasons to watch or love a show, and personally I can handle a show going off-air no matter how much I like it or how upset it makes me(been there, done that lol). But for many, it's not just a show. Some people have many hardships in life and just a fictional show might be their only source of happiness. Some people are able to deal with their mental health issues because of a show because watching it and being part of a fandom gives them a purpose in life. We never know what a show might mean to others so it doesn't hurt to try to save it. It may sound dramatic but you might be saving a life, you never know 😳

OTT would have budget issue. EDKV2 had not so popular star cast, not very lavish set and costumes, they also changed FL after a while and many supporting cast was changed (chachi from IPZN was there who got replaced). IPZN may not be able to work on such tight budget with Param, Abha etc on board.
