Did Madhuri Dixit look good with SRK, Aamir & Salman? - Page 2

No, she was average or below average with them. Madhuri worked best opposite Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.

She was good in the very early 90s movies-- Dil with Aamir and Hum Aapke Hain Kaun with Salman. But only those two films.

With SRK, she never really looked that good. Most of those movies were triangles and SRK had much better chemistry with the other actress - Karishma in DTPH and Ash in Devdas. DTPH was absolutely ruined with the Madhuri casting IMO.

What's the problem if Madhuri looked more mature?

You all have been conditioned to see actresses much younger than the actors, so you are unable to accept someone like Madhuri who is around the same age as the Khans.

It's ok if the female partner is more mature. Time to un-learn and re-learn.

Why are you assuming it's about maturity for everyone? Juhi looked great with SRK but IMO his pairing with Madhuri sucked. Both are the same age so it's not about that. It looked even worse because in triangle movies there is another actress to compare with who worked so much better with him.

Dil to Pagal Hai was almost disastrous in that sense because everyone came out thinking the wrong pair ended up together. It would have worked a lot better if Juhi was there instead but they needed a dancer.

No, it is. Juhi and Madhuri may be the same age but Madhuri did look more mature compared to Juhi even in their prime.

It's like how Shraddha Kapoor and Huma Qureshi are the same age but Huma definitely looks more mature. So while a Shraddha might look great with a young actor like Tiger, Huma would be cast aside for looking "too mature"

And I am not assuming, it says in the first line of the TM's post and most seem to be agreeing with it. If you don't agree, then it's not for you!

her pairing with aamir srk salman were bad. except anjaam rest of the movies they had no chemistry. even the husband wife chemistry in hum tumhare hai didnt work.
