@bold1: Bilkul. The show very much tries to show most of the characters as grey and their reactions to many situations are built around their respective characterizations and triggers of good or bad. The intent is definitely there from a writing perspective but it’s a hit or miss execution wise. Obviously it’s a royal failure on the Didi front 😆….cuz she’s the only character who’s flaws are never acknowledged and she barely apologizes for any of her mistakes or misbehavior.

In Aparna’s case, for all the hurtful things she can say in anger, I know her apology will be just as heartfelt coz she is a genuine person at the end of the day. Not khokhli like Cs.


@bold2: Oh yeah, it’s definitely true that Adi has relied on BK to be the voice of reason over his own parents many times so it broke his heart when he didn’t get support from there today either.

Adi did indeed think ki sab usse achhe hain toh kaise naraaz ho sakte hain Imlie se 😆….she’s so naturally lovable and they fell in love with her before he did. That’s the naive hope he was going with…..which got shattered along with the picture frame Aparna threw to the floor 😆

He still has yet to understand ki yeh sach is too huge a shock for them to process on multiple levels. He was hoping family waale will just blame him but Imlie is bearing the brunt just as she had feared. At the end of the day, they both lied about this for so long. Consequences toh hone hi the for both. Indeed he is naive to think ke just caz they love imlie otherwise they will not react to this too he is just trying to be be in a bubble ke they love her more toh uski galtiyaan ( which isn't exactly directly her mistake but you know in this context) maaf ho jaata hai

Rofl let's not even get to didi..woh har cheez se party hai.. God's main kahan flaws hote hain so she is above flaws and agar hai bhi toh keh nahi sakte caz gustakhi

Also word on Aparna making her point without playing the mom card in a typical manner. Waise toh she laments many times ki Adi uski sunta nahin 😆….but still when she wants to scold him she manages to cow him down a bit even when he does his manmaani otherwise mostly 😆. Hahah she is typical in that way ke meri sunta nahi hai but sirf aankhein dikhane ki daer hoti hai and adi goes all 🤫🤫 many times.. it is kinds old school.in that way too jab moms ki dehashat hoti thi..😆in that way toh she does so much laad pyaar and pampering too but jab raub jhadhna hota hai toh woh bhi she can do effectively..she knows how to.keep adi in check no wonder she raised a good son.. brat nahi despite him being only heera beta.. so good to see ke he is only bhi phir bhi bechara is always in meri toh koi sunta nahi zone😆

I wonder if we will get an NDE for Imlie in this phase. The last NDE that Imlie had was the bridge collapse incident. Uske baad se toh sirf BS ki hi NDEs ho rahi hai.

Waise for Adi, Imlie not being in front of his eyes is also an NDE😆. So NDE may not be required for him. But maybe we will get an Imlie NDE to bring the elder Ts out of their hate on Imlie funk.

No thank you what I prefer is them uplifting each other being ek dusre ka soild solid saath like in this phere episode stand up for each other and go.from there.. NDE is just too overused and har baat ja solution isn't just an NDE. What we need is the partnership not the same rinse repeat track.. all these wishes about ML and NDE and nonsense is just tooooo too stupid and stems from wohi isse aage kuch soch nahi sakte and bad nonstop tadpo school of thought. they are at such an interesting junction I would love to see them test new things go into different arenas then do the same ke ya toh mde ya bhaag jao nah man what is interesting in that it is sooooo predictable so boring .. NDE ho gaya kisi ka bhi toh kya wohi half episode wala .. all this is already so overdone..just my opinion

agree..i would love to see slow realization and worth of Imlie in natural way... They know what worth she is and their love for her but as of now they will go in complete denial mode and it will be beautiful to have slow and natural realization of her importance in their and Adi's life.. I am not saying NDE should happen for Adi's tadap. We have already seen a lot of it. I am saying whether an NDE would jolt elder Ts from their hate on Imlie agenda. I would prefer if Adi-Imlie do not deliberately try to win over the elders. Something like what happened after Imlie returned from C house. Then also Adi & Imlie were just being their own self & still Imlie managed to bridge the gap.

Currently the elders would be shown totally against Imlie. They will ignore whatever positive feelings she would generate & double down on their stand. The most preferred option for me if the elders refuse to accept Imlie & continue to disrespect her is that Adi-Imlie leave the T house. But I don't know whether Imlie would allow Adi to take such a step. But I feel that Imlie gone from T house will make them realise how important she has become for them as well.

What is ML? My brain is only coming up with male lead😆. If it is something else then let me know.
