My first thought was Sholay for this question, but then I changed it to Tanhaji thinking Vijay won't pick such an old movie since he too is supposed to think from a sheep perspective.

And for the movie about a popular trio, nothing is more iconic than Hera Pheri. Dil Chahta Hai is popular, but characters are not iconic.

As long as you don't make me watch K3G, that movie is hella long!! They started the damn thing at 3 am and finished at like 6:30 am even though we had our final project due pretty much that very night at 11:59 pm. One thing I am not is a party pooper so I pretty much go along with stuff as much as possible.
