The title as usual is misleading. The BMC may be full of MF's but they do not want to demolish his Bung...This is part of Imminent Domain rules, that state; authorities may use their discretion to benefit the many even if they cause detriment to one...so it sucks for a home owner or land owner when that happens (believe me-it does-and you can't win). I am sorry for Mr. B. but with his little money he can find another paradise and feel happy knowing he contributed to all the little people being able to get to hospitals, schools and work as they need to...thank you.
