The romancing in the title montage indicates that since it looks like a couple in the flush of first love and not like a couple who are already deeply in love. It is more of Milsi's imagination. The picture of them at the background indicates that they are a couple again. Hope that makes sense.

Of course, the montage could be his imagination...or hers, for that matter, in the present scenario of the actual show. Well, I hope it's a reality and that the poor guy gets his memory back!
