oh then tou stay safe and stay home. I have been so frustrated because I have stayed home the entirety of the past year and then I know people who are not friends with anymore or outside and they’re pretending like everything was fine since like December and it’s so annoying because this is very serious and the way that it impacts minorities and people in power they compare to those who have access to resources is reflective of how bad income inequality is globally. when I mean is it’s frustrating when you take all the precautions and others don’t so definitely stay home stay safe and don’t take vacations unless it’s safe. I went to a really really small beach town and there was literally like nobody at the beach so it was very relaxing and just amazing!!

I too had a gap of 1.5 years from finishing my Masters to joining PhD... it was difficult in the beginning but got used to it within a month or so
