No one can ever match Sridevi❤️
There is no need to compare her with an acting powerhouse that her mother was. It's obvious she's nowhere near her. Hopefully Jhanvi at least puts in an effort and can become a decent actor. Currently she's not close to even being at that stage. Her acting reminds me of someone doing a comedy spoof instead.
Sridevi started movies from the age of 4 working with stalwarts of Tamil and Telugu cinema (Actors like Nagesh Manorama Sivaji Ganesan and equally good directors) Some of whom even had theatre experience.
She had a mentor in K Balachander from her debut as leading lady at the age of 13. The guy who polished the talents of Rajnikanth and Kamalhassan.
She practically grew up on movie sets. The sets were her school. The Sridevi we idolise from the 80s was the one who had learnt through experience with the best the movie Industry ever had to offer not just bollywood but Tamil, Telugu as well.
Think of her like a raw diamond that was polished by the best artisans to become who she did eventually.
Hanging out with movie stars or industry kids and visiting acting schools can never give that experience and knowledge to Jhanvi
It is said that Sridevi could switch on and off a 100 times from even the most emotional role with just hearing action and cut.
Today however importance is given to looks (hence rampant plastic surgeries) physique (gyms and trainers) and PR (print TV and instagram etc) of an actor.
A few choose dancing and martial arts classes.
Acting and diction however is last on everybody's priority including Jhanvi's and that shows in her work
I think we should give her some time, though I don't think she would be able to reach up to her mother's stardom, also I don't find her as talented as Sridevi, but still she is trying to improve, though she is still a good distance away from being called a "good actress".
Let her tie rakhi in any producer's hand first.
Rakhi matlab Rakhi Sawant. He he.
Ye kya tha
Aisa joke toh joke, saath main he he
Abey, Jaanu jisne Papi kutte ka bachcha bola, yahi bolti.

Why does she have to measure up to her mother though ? Can't she be her own person ?
This is why the kids of famous parent's hardly ever succeed....they will be forever compared to and do better than their parents....now how is anyone supposed to touch AB Sr's talent or stardome...and same goes to SriDevi....her stardom and talent is unparalleled....

His acting is much better than Sara, Jhanvi, Ananya, Arjun and other star kids. His acting is even better than his wife Shilpa. Anyone agree...

Only two actors that I can think are Akshaye Khanna and Emraan Hashmi. They deserved to have better career and I feel they didn’t get good...
