Fateh and Tejo were back in their room after the birthday party. It was a calm dark evening, as if a lull before the storm
Tejo knew, with Jass back in their life. It will hard for Fateh to move on. But today, she was proud of him. How smartly he handled the situation. A smile followed on her face.
Fateh asked " Tejo, hass kyun rahi ho, mujhe dekh kar"
She answered " kuch nahi, bas tum par fakr ho raha hai aaj jaise tumne situation handle ki. I am proud of you. "
He smiled back at the women who stood beside him. Whose finger he holded in this " move on" exercise. She was his inspiration, his support, with whom he could share anything.
That anything made him sad more. He could show to outer world how indifferent and strong he was. But infront of her he could cry like a baby.
It was already late a pillow wall was built and both slept at their side of bed. It was after sometime Tejo heard him sobbing. That noise woke her up.
She went to his side to face him and said " Fateh, I know yeh itna aasan nahi hai. samay ke saath sab thik hojayega. Don't worry chameli ki yaadein bhi tumare dil dimag se chali jayegi"
He was so broken, that he hugged her tightly and started crying helplessly. He said " woh jab bhi mere samne aati hai mujhe sab yaad aata hai. Mein use kaise bhulon yeh sochta hoon, yeh sab itna aasan nahi hoga. phir aapko dekhe lagta hai...aap meri help karengi move on karne mein."
Tejo holded him cupping his face and replied " haan Fateh mein tumhari help karungi. Tumhari zindagi mein khushiyon ke rang bhar dungi. Trust karte hona apni Tejo pe"
He smiled and pulled her back in his arms " haan aap meri tejo ho, toh trust toh aap bhi mujh par kar sakti ho"
As he looked at pillows kept between them . He asked " haata dun phir inhe. aap meri wife ho, toh phir is dewaar ka kya matlab"
Tejo smiled and pulled the pillow back to their original position. And said " lo ji ab humare beech koi deewar nahi Mr husband. Hope ab aap so jayenge and mujhe bhi sone denge"
As , she slept beside him , Fateh holded her hand and slept peacefuly with an unsaid promise to be always together
