Sometimes the pushing yourself works sometimes it does not. It's like this cycle thoda sa up phir bohot down ho jata hai. And the person is like what the hell am I even doing?

But no control man!

We as a society definitely need to prioritize our mental health and how to deal with anything related to it.

Poora proper help aur guidance ki zarurat hai yaar. This it's okay kuch nai hai just be normal shit is not gonna work😂
