So, here my fanfiction on if Aditya has cofessed back, how is should have been.........

I love you, The words rings in Aditya’s mind.
Only few hours ago, Imlie has proposed him. He couldn’t believe his ears. He knows she loves him, she always loved him but hearing from her lips was still a different thing for him. It was like for the first time she voiced out the sound of her heart. It was like he never knew she loved him until she told him from her own mouth…..
But before he could answer her, react at her, his family came there. For few second he thought he will tell the truth to the whole family member and he will be free from this cage but Imlie again intervene between him and the truth.
His whole night was sleepless, his heart was fighting between behaving as a husband, to go and confess his feelings, hug her, take her is his arm, caress her and as a guardian who wanted her to fly high, who has promised to her dadda that he will never come between her and her success and at last the guardian won because her success is more important than his confession.
Next morning, she insisted that Nishant will drop her in the college but the husband inside him nudged and he ordered her that he will drop her to the college. Reaching her college, he again decided to confess his feeling but before he could open his mouth he got a call that he has to leave for Pathankot to cover news. And again he couldn’t confess what he was feeling.
Now, he was at hotel in Pathankot, missing her to the core. Still fighting to confess her. Only if his family hadn’t comes in between.
But wait……….
Imlie was not alone to cover up the matter. Rupi di helped her. Does she know about him and Imlie? Maybe yes, because now-a-days, she is standing with him and Imlie.
Suddenly Aditya’s face lit up with hope and he dialed a number, “Hello, Rupi di, kaisi hai aap?” [Hello, sister Rupi, how are you?]
A groggy voice came from other side, “Aadi bhai, Itni raat ko tune mera haal puchne ke liye toh nahi call kiya hoga.” [Aadi, you surely hadn’t called me at this time of night to ask about my well being.]
Before he could justify himself, Rupi again blabbers in her sleep, “Tujhe Imlie se baat karni hai na?” [You want to talk to Imlie, right?]
And all of a sudden Aditya Kumar Tripathi started blushing furiously, he shakes his head vigorously as if Rupi di is in front him in Pathankot, “Nahi di, hum toh bs……..” [No, I was just….]
“Mujhe pata hai tum dono ke baare m……” Rupi di exclaimed silently and all of his doubts cleared, “Wo toh hum samajh gaye hain.” [(I know about you two….) (That I had understood.)]
Still in her sleep Rupi yawned and then getup from her bed, “Aadi bhai mujhe na bahut nind aa rahi hai, main Imlie ko phone de aati hun, karte rehna raat bhar baat apni wife se…” [Aadi I am very sleepy, I will go and give phone to Imlie, then you can talk to your wife whole night…]
Aditya felt shy, happy, many emotions were nudging him hearing his wife from one of his family member. Wife, from the day he realized he loves Imlie, he wanted his mother to take care of her as his wife, he wanted Rupi di and Nishant to tease him with the name of his wife and how he himself wanted to call her his wife, in front of the world and most importantly in front of his family.

Imlie was twisting and turning on her bed. She knows his work is important but being away from him always makes her restless.
It was only yesterday, she had confessed her feeling for him, shaping it in the form of foreign language which she was still learning but before she could get any reaction from him, everybody gathered in her room. For few second she thought that everything is going to end now but somehow her ‘Sita maiyya’ saved her.
Next day, she wanted to take Nishant with her to meet canteen didi but he scolds her again and drives her to the college. Leaving her outside her examination hall, it was looking like he wanted to say something to her, but before he open his mouth his phone rings and he went to pick up the call. After attending the call he came back and wishing her best of luck he went away with his ‘lohe ki bhaisiya’.
In the evening when she came back to the house all by herself she wanted to talk to him, she wanted to tell him about how her exam was… but Rupi di informed her that he went out of town due to some work. She was sad and angry at him that he didn’t tell her and she knows he was with her when he got that important call. Whole time she was wandering around landline so that she will pick up whenever he will call but the telephone didn’t even rings for once. After waiting for hours she went to her room to sleep but now there was no sleep in her eyes. He went away taking her sleep also. She groaned thinking about him when Rupi di barged into her room in the middle of night clutching a phone in her hand, “Imlie yeh le Aadi bhai ka phone” [Imlie, here take it, Aadi is on call.]
And instantly a sudden energy runs in her body then again thinking about his cold behavior she slumps down, “Hum nahi baat kare ke chahat hai unse” [I don’t want to talk to him.]
But not sensing her anger and hesitation Rupi handed her the phone and walks out of her room sleepily. “Offo, yeh le phone aaj raat apne hi paas rakh lena, Good night.” [Offo, here take this phone keep it for tonight, good night.]
“Are par Rupi di….” And Imlie gritted her teeth at retreating figure of Rupi. “Latt maar ke chali gayi.” [(But, Rupi di…) (She just went away)]
Seeing phone in her hand Imlie decided to talk to him once, “Hello”
“Kyun nahi karni humse baat?” And here he goes in his stern voice. Sometimes she thinks he loves her because he can dominate her, “Hum nahi baat kare ke chahat hai mtlb nahi chahat hai, kauno jor jabardasti karenge aap?” [(Why will you not talk tome?) (I don’t want to talk to you means don’t want, will you force me?)]
Aditya smiled a little from the other side and whispered so that not even air listen to his conversation between him and his wife, “Naraz ho humse?” [Are you upset with me?]
“Humko bataye kahe nahi?” Hearing her anger laced voice Aditya shakes his head and closed his eyes, “Tumhe bas yahi puchna hai aur kuch nahi?” [(Why didn’t you tell me?) (You want to ask this, nothing else?)]
“Toh kaa petrol aur diesel ka rate puchein?” Can Imlie will stop being sarcastic for few minutes, no. So, not changing the topic he spoke, “Humara jawab nahi puchogi?” [(So what do I ask, rate of petrol and diesel?) (Won’t you ask for my answer?)]
Imlie bit her lips and asked, “Kaisan jawab?” [What answer?]
“Waise, Tum English kyun nahi bol rahi ho? Abhi tumhari punishment khatam nahi hui hai.” And here he goes again in her guardian mode. Its happens all the time, whenever she thinks they can share one or two romantic moment with each other he always change himself in strict mode. [By the way, you are not speaking English? Your punishment is not finished yet.]
“Par humari pariksha to ho gayi.” Imlie tried to act in sweet complaining mode when again he warned her in stern voice, “Phir” [(But my exam is finished) (Again)]
“But my exam was phinished.” Imlie whined and again he spoke sternly, “Haan, magar punishment nahi.” [(But my exam is finished) (Yes, but not punishment)]
“Aap hume….” Now all of a sudden Imlie was feeling very angry at him. Firstly he didn’t tell her about his work then he had called her in the middle of the night on Rupi di’s numbe rmaking her embarrass in front of her and now he is reminding her, his punishment. “You caaled me far this, to reminds my punishment?” [(You are………..) (You called me for this, to remind me my punishment?)]
“Hmm”
“Ok, then I will keep the call.” Hearing a cold response from him she decided to cut the call but he again stopped her but for correcting her, “Are, ruko, keep the call nahi hota hai, hang up the call hota hai.” [(Okay then, I will keep the call.) (Wait, it’s not keep the call, it is hang up the call.)]
“Yes, that, bye-bye.” Imlie gritted her and he chuckled from the other side, “Are suno toh….” [(Yes that, bye-bye.) (Wait listen…….)]
“What, what?” Groaning in frustration she hissed at him but there was no response from the other side, taking a deep breath she waited him to say something then he whispered, “Hum bhi tumse bahut prem karat hai.” [(What, what?) (I love you too.)]
He took a deep breath and his voice becomes weak, like he was crying, “ Bahut prem karat hai, bahut yaad karat hai, yaad aaye ki baat toh rahe do, tum humre dilo-dimag se nahi jaat ho.” [I love you so much, miss you so much, leave about missing, you aren’t even leaving my heart and mind.]
Tears brimmed in Imlie’s eyes. It was not like that she didn’t know his feelings. She knows him even better than him but hearing it from his own mouth gave her a satisfaction and different kind of relaxation which she can’t convey in words.
“Kya hua? Ab tumhe kuch nahi kehna hai?”Aditya wanted to hear something from her, talk to her all the night, lost in her all night and here she was silent, “Pehle rona band karo.” [(What happened? Now you don’t want to say anything?) (First stop crying.)]
“How do you know ki…..” She sniffles. [How do know that…..]
“Jaise tum hume acche se janti ho waise hum bhi tumhe acche se samajhte hai.” How can he not understand what she is doing, “Tum English bolna sikh rahi ho na?” [(Like you know me very well, I als ounderstand you very well.) (You are learning to speak English, right?)]
“Hmmm?”
Smiling to himself he answered her, “Humne tumhari har ek saans padhna sikha hai.” [I have learnt to read your breath.]
And Imlie started feeling shy, she didn’t know what to say. He always behave very strict with her but she didn’t know that he have such deep feeling for her, not understanding what to do she whispered, “Hum, rakhat hai…….someone will………” [I am hanging up…… someone will…………]
But again Aditya interrupts her in his husky voice, “Tumhari saansein jitni padhe utni kam hai, hume usey padhne do Imlie.” Imlie smiled and nodded her head like he was watching her, after that no words were exchanged. Whole night only thing they heard was each other breath. [How many times I study your breath, it is less.]
Imlie was sleeping in sitting position when some rays of sunlight falls on her face disturbing her sleep. Opening then closing her eyes she noticed a phone in her hand, frowning she remember the last night and saw her call was still connected with him, “Hello.”
Aditya asked in suddenness, his voice was tiring like he hadn’t slept whole night, “Arey, tum uth gayi.” [You woke up?]
“Aap puri raat humri saansein padhat rahe?” Imlie scrunched her nose and frowned, “Bahut padh lis aap, ab hum rakhat hai.” [(You were reading my breath whole night?) (You read it too much, now I am hanging up.)]
“Aise hi rakh dogi, kuch bologi nahi?” But Aditya was in no mood to hang up the call, he wanted to hear something from her, “Babu sahib, I love you.” Imlie whispered and blushed furiously. Sensing her state Aditya smiled and whispered in the same tone, “I love you too”. [(You will hang up without saying anything?) (Babu Sahib, I love you) (I love you too.)]
