NMji, Thank you so much for the post for the post, was really waiting for this for today's episode. Agree to each and every point you mentioned. The way Imlie literally took him in her arms reminded me also of the mitti scene where she understood that he craved that physical connection to make sense of that intense conversation he had and the disappointment in not being able to convince Nishant. Adi literally crumpled in her arms like a child and she took him on and gave him the support he needed. I could not help but compare it to the last time when Nishant fell and afterwards during Malini & Adi's conversation, rather than focus on Adi's worries for Nishant and giving him the support he needed, Malini was more interested in telling the truth about her doubts. Just seeing the stark difference shows why this guy is willing to get buried alive for this ittu si choti si cute si ladki. Even when he admitted that his way did not work, rather than berating him, all she said was don't worry, I am there for you and we are in this together. That itself was enough for Adi to go along with any harebrained scheme she came up with, because he really trusts her with his life.

The entire bit between Adi & Imlie shows just how far they have come as a couple. Where earlier Imlie used to be a bit hesitant while talking to Adi or putting her views, now she is very secure in the relationship and fully shows her haq on him in every way. Be it calling him Imlie ka Imlendar, pulling his shirt while complimenting him (and Adi's almost blush when he pulls away, that was so cute) or convincing him to go along with her plan. It was so beautiful to even see how she showed him the mirror of his past actions when he retorted that Nishant himself asked Pallavi to marry someone else. Her response of saying something, but actually seeing your loved one with someone else, actually reminded me of 2 incidents. One of his when he asked her to marry someone else and then got jealous at seeing Imlie and Prakash together. The other was her own example of getting upset when she heard about Adi and Malini going for their HM. That betrayal she felt despite having told him herself to go to didi was what she was explaining to Adi today, which he also related to. Even their interactins among the T family, where she defended him and stopped the others from making fun of him was a cute call back to last week, where Adi came to Imlie's defense. They both never allow others to make fun of the other and always tries to find a solution rather than allow their partner to become the butt of jokes.

Then came the T family that really shined today. From BK's gadha, to khusboo in Vaani, to Aparna's Punjabi accent, they really were hilarious. But today the show stealer was Pankaj Tripathi. When he understood that this was the chance he had to show his son what he ca do, shuru ho gaye to showcase his acting chops and share his precious knowledge with his beta. By god kitne funny hai, matlab aaj toh unhone BK ko bhi maat de di comedy ke mamle mein. He was soo cute, endearing and really wanted to teach Adi the ropes, like you do for kids. Loved the wak BK kept telling him, thoda kam kar do, sab Adi ke sar ke upar se jaa raha hai. That was hilarious. the entire section with the T family really riminded me of "Chupke Chupe", one of my favorite situational comedies, which is very high praise for any ITV serial I have watched till date. Like I sahed on another post, today seems like a bumper episode after yesterday, and makes me really excited to see what we have in store for this week.

I also like this quality of togetherness in their relationship where they will laugh & make fun of each other when they are alone but they will not like it if others make fun of their partner. Then they try to stop the others from laughing.

Adi was so cute in the way he was complaining to Imlie that I had told you ki everyone will laugh at me. Lol at his award winning patrakaar image line😆.

I agree that Pankaj got to shine today more but BK & Aparna were also not very far behind. Their rejoinders to Pankaj were supporting his act. Also agree that the entire scene gave that old school family comedy movie scenes ka deja vu.

See when the makers give us such quality content then we get really easily disappointed by content which is lower than their usual standard. But Imlie's not so good content is also 💯 times better than the good content of the other ITV shows. Imlie is a gem of a show. I tried to watch some other ITV stuff on weekend & could not even manage to watch 1 complete epi without FF😆. The ridiculousness & nonsense shown in other current shows is astounding.

Adi-Nishant's convo was long overdue and finally they gave them a good one....bhaiyon wala feel aaya. The build up was also done so well that Adi went to him to talk to him all logically and try to motivate him but ultimately was left feeling dejected when Nishant's sense of despair got to him too.

The way they set it up with Imlie overhearing the whole convo and being right there as Adi walks out in tears, then breaks down even further and just pulls her into that hug like she is his only anchor.....it was really well done. Ekdum maasoom bacche ki tarhaan rone lage Babusahib😆.....and that mothering instinct waali Imlie returned.....hugging him back soothingly, being the mature one in the moment consoling him, anchoring him, cheering him up with a typical Imlie quip ki main toh hoon hi na aur meri bewakoofiyaan bhi😆......lovely moment❤️.

I was amazed at how well they managed to transition from such an intense/emotional bit to the whole Imlinder setup😆. They have shown so much depressive crap in EXCRUCIATING detail that I'm still pleasantly surprised we got to see Imlinder ka build up in detail😆......they literally showed everything from Imlie putting the trial disguise on him, Adi's instant HELL NO reaction with I'm an AWARD WINNING PATRAKAAR and I can't do all this😆. That is what set it apart from typical Gul show ke disguises waale tracks.....they literally worked through Adi's discomfort with the disguise and figuring out the mannerisms of his disguise character😆.

The T family jumping in with full gusto to train him was also damn fun😆.......but I had to LOL at the cliche in the end ki friggin GOLD CHAINS na daalein toh inko Punjabi character nahin lagta.....stereotypes zindabad😆.

Chalo all that aside, a lot of content based scenes today....har cheez ke shades....emotional, poignant, fun, light, comic.....it was quite the range.....they covered so much ground in the scene when Imlie was trying to train/motivate him.....insisting he is Imlie ka Imlinder and naam nahin badlega😆.....rare moment of staking her claim on him.....and then yes, her reminding him of that one time he also pushed her away into wanting to marry someone else and that was his wake up call😆......Adi ko abhi bhi lagta hai jealousy doesn't work when that was his big trigger to realize his feelings for Imlie in PD too😆.....good she reminded him.....subtly dikhaya without sidetracking the convo.....Adi looked at her for a moment when she reminded him but baaki he still remained more focused on fussing over the discomfort regarding the beard, the disguise😆.

Lagta hai kal hi Imlinder ka bhaanda phod denge in the cafe scene.....lol award winning patarkaar got carried away after eating tasty khaana😆

Khaana is the ultimate for Adi in a date as we have seen previously😆. Woh date pe khaana thusne hi jaata hai. So no wonder khaane ki wajah se hi iska bhanda phod hoga🤣.

Yes both Adi & Imlie have gone through this heart vs. mind dilemma & have found out that dil pe kisi ka zor nahi chalta. The heart wants what it wants, then no logic works. However much they wanted to do the right logical thing, their love for each other wouldn't let them see their beloved with someone else.

So in a way Imlie made it personal for Adi & hence he agreed to give her bewakoofi wala plan a try.

This is exactly what this serial does best. These beautiful references for us fans is what spurs these discussions on the forum. Everytime they do the episode right, there is always Easter eggs that give us that connect, especially for those who have been with the show from the start. The line about seeing someone we live with someone else is an emotion they bith have gone through and quite recently at that, so that connect that built for them and us was really poignant and hit the spot.

The understanding between the leads is something that has been forged through fire. While on paper they look like chalk and cheese, both have gone through similar evolutions to get to their current space where they have not only accepted each other as life partners, but also gajofy their haq on each other, without the world ever getting a clue.

The thing that amuses me is how everybody dismisses Adi's shouting at her as his concern and basic personality, because they have not seen just how much she means to him. They assume Adi listens to Imlie the way they also get into her baatein, but do not see just how much she jataoes her wifey rights everytime she asks him to do something he may not like. They have been living like a husband and wife in the true sense, yet the world is completely unaware of their true relationship. Matlab in any other ITV serial, they would have made it wierd and focused on chup chup ke romance karna, yah phir have it be cringy in every way. But yahaan the focus is on building Adilie's relationship in a way that when the truth does come out and they do get married, that phase also will be as interesting as it is today. I would love to see this kind of growth and acceptance then, as we are seeing today.

Adi aur khane ka bahut purana rishta hai and I agree ki woh har baar date pe jaate waqt kisi aur se jyada khane pe hi focus karta hai. One funny tidbit here. I saw an interview of his along with the cast of his movie Bonus, and I swear, the entire interview he was more focused on literally stuffing his face rather than what questions were being asked or what the others were talking. Uske contrast mein the others barely touched the food. Lagta hai woh date wala scene GM ke life se hi inspired hai.

While I won't be surprised, lekin I still do not think bhanda itni jaldi phoot jayega. We still have 4 more epis to go through this week before they come back to Mumbai before Nishant proposes. Unko kuch toh karna padega tab tak ke liye. So yes this week is going to be a joyride with Imlender Singh and co🤣

Imlie was always possessive of Adis affection. She never allowed Sunder to become his favourite🤣

Lol when she felt Adi was going to honeymoon with Malini she packed her bags🤣 when she wanted Adi to go back to Malini.

Imlie ka Imlinder also she is branding him as hers🤣

Loved loved the episode!!! We finally got the Adi nishanth convo and Imlie consoling Adi and the hug was just beautiful! What a beautiful relationship these two share - Adi can show his vulnerable side only to Imlie and Imlie’s protective instincts kicked in right away - it was such an aww moment when she said hum hain na and Hamaari beeakoofi 🤗

It was full on husband wife vibes today and One could see how much they have progressed in their relationship.

My fav shot was when Adi cutely tries to convince Imilie to change to another plan by tickling her - Imilies expression was so cute in that.

I guess all points and nuances have been discussed prettty much. So I am going to sit back and enjoy the schreenshots and gifs coming our way 😆😆😆

Indeed I felt that again too the mothering bit the way she just held him rocked him slightly calmed him down.. it broke her too but she knew again ke this ain't the time to get him to sambhalo but to give him that safety that humdard and humsafar...just let him be.. I also liked tbat she let him have his moment there bina making it ke nahi bas rona band and all but comforting be his himmat .. it was the visual representation of what he means when he says imlie gives him the saath the Honsla and himmat when he stumbles and is falling apart aur kuch nahi just her holding him in his arms and being there does wonders.. there is nobody else in the entire world whom adi can show this side of his his rock bottom.. it was again an eye opener in the sense me this so the guy who isn't the one to be shaken that easily kya kuch nahi see gaya ya see jaata but that he has his limits too and only so much strength he can show and now finally he has someone who will come and hold him down before he touches the ground .. the switch again was what got me pleasantly surprised too ❤️ so typical of imlie in such low moment too finding a way to create a distraction so show a ray of hope being I am there and I will find a solution for all the troubles .. I really liked the natural ab batao kya karna hai that blind trust ke I failed my idea failed but I know yours wouldn't it was rather beautiful the way it played out again woh team work so apparent.. and am all the more amazed at the continuity aajkal hahah kabhi kabhi toh koi mauka nahi chodte in keeping up with it 😄 ke woh room convo ka bhi continuation loops closed ke his baat chest sessions failed and now he is up for bewakoofi

Haha word I am still😲ke they have done such a detailed setup of imlinder with logic with practicality if adi intact and his character ka base not being hilaooed and him countering everything with a reasonable answer like people will recognize him ke aise nahi hota ke bas dhadi lagane se he is a different person and the explanation ke haan karta hai stings but with strangers not with family nd then that actually happening and coming true ke ek sec nahi laga and they were all on floor 🤣🤣 word about this exactly was what I was impressed with more in regards to the disguise and sets it so apart from every other gul disguise the whole we want fun we want solutions we are going for it but we aren't blind that it takes mehnat to banao someone bewakoof and har koi koi trained disguise master nahi hota that their are logistics involved haha and everyone has basic intelligence 🤣 haha I still can't with his waahiyaats and behudas and he'll No imlinder is a stupid stupid name.. a word here for the new bg score they got too i am glad it is not too loud what refreshing change that is too warna wohi typical ott cliches hote hain and I seriously appreciate appreciate keeping imlinder ke mannerisms still subdued even if they later tousled the typical gold stuff to make su dsr part of it it is so stereotypical and I went meh at it too they could have involved sundar in a different way but xhalo khair the detailing makes up for rest toh I will let it pass for now am glad he isn't doing the typical annoying balle balls and bruahs and being extra annoying hopefully that stays🤞

Again I was like woah😲 they really went for it The range was worth savoring every it of. .I was enjoying ke even after itna deep baat beech main how they showed him coming around ek dum in a ok sirf tumhare liye without making it so obvious ek dum in the organic fashion 😆 and yes I was like yeh hui na baat imlie after going through it experiencing it himself adi was phir all about logic denying ke yeh sab bewakoofiyan is time waste kuch aur kar lete hain .. I guess it is quite natural too in the sense that even after experiencing itna one to one our brains Don't let us see eap when we are not into it 100 % we still try to go with nah and adi ka problem was more the disguise then the jealousy wala argument so he again brought his old argument ke sense hi nahi hai can't she see how stupid it is and then hers uhhh remember you said it before too kya hua reh gaya na logic dhara ka dhara and pyaari took over hahah she rendered him speechless so effortlessly manana hi pada adi ko but yes hahah at his fussing back ke fine and imlie being the constant motivator ke he looks good khud pe vishwaas rakho 😆 being such a cute wife itne mast staking claim on him throughout ke meri baat suno and ending the episodes with her Uber cute pleeejs awwww☺️☺️ adi beta savor kar le jitna ksr sakta hai biwi ka itna fida hona roz roz nahi milega yeh 😆

Hahab word about adi ka trying to convince je he is all upto her bewakoofis and badi se badi bewakoofis but he can't this and change it

.I think what is worth noting is how much a little boy he has been all in this.. what this did was wake up the little boy in adi thay has been lost somewhere he was being such a kiddo with his image consciousness ke this is more against his image that will take a hit and yeh nahi sambhal paayega he was taking all the inputs by all just like that too a learner not being convinced but rolling with it complaining and fuming ranting to imlie in etween the whole session and in room ke dekha na dekha na sab mazaak uda rahe hain hahah it had the very sweet role reversal of sorts with imlie donning the mentor hat for a bit making him do something he is uncomfortable with.. last week that was his job imlie was feeling she is being a Joker with the English and adi stood that strongly behind her telling her ke koi fault nahi hai try to karo and today it was her turn to be that mentor be the adult and being nope it is ok he doesn't look like a joker he ain't there for laughs it has a noble reason and she stands behind him just that strongly being his motivator try karega tabhi toh pata chalega.. it was so sweetly and so subtly shown without making a show...it was adorable the way she was being so supportive with the whole nobody will laugh let him try come on and pileejs .. utarooing his nazars claps and cheering . Awww these 2 give them something and they will give you such interesting takes and spins 🧿🧿🧿 I can't

I just can't with the pleasing visual of this pahad jaisa aadmi being sambhaloed by the cute si choti so ladki. The hug was also more in the way of Adi seeking her strength, energising himself with her love & support to face the fear of losing his brother to cancer.

The starting part of the hug reminded me of Imlie's imaginary hug to Adi after the poetry recitation. He had embraced her in a similar way in that hug except that he was not crying in it. But then the hug dissolved into Imlie wiping his tears, Adi barely keeping his composure & Imlie giving him her own assurances of making everything all right. And I just love how he totally believed in her belief of setting everything right.

Haha nahi mujhe dream hug jaisa nahi laga yeh woh was done more with anesthetics and in a still more usual way with slo mo and angles this was more raw I guess woh general height difference ke wajah se shayad similar laga aapko😆 this was more raw and ismein ST wasn't on a stool I think which was more obvious then haha

@ bold yes that was what made it so worth it na woh childlike masoomiyat in agar imlie keh rahi hai she can toh she can .. it is not just the mannerisms that she calmed him down it is the metal state too woth how his vulnerability was taken care of how she had a way to give him a solution instead of being hopeless and give up how she uplifted and was like no it's ok to feel low but we cannot just be like ok and we will give a tough fight ..zayada se zyada kya hoga we will fail again bit we will try awww
