The way Imlie literally took him in her arms reminded me also of the mitti scene where she understood that he craved that physical connection to make sense of that intense conversation he had and the disappointment in not being able to convince Nishant. Adi literally crumpled in her arms like a child and she took him on and gave him the support he needed. I could not help but compare it to the last time when Nishant fell and afterwards during Malini & Adi's conversation, rather than focus on Adi's worries for Nishant and giving him the support he needed, Malini was more interested in telling the truth about her doubts. Just seeing the stark difference shows why this guy is willing to get buried alive for this ittu si choti si cute si ladki. Even when he admitted that his way did not work, rather than berating him, all she said was don't worry, I am there for you and we are in this together. That itself was enough for Adi to go along with any harebrained scheme she came up with, because he really trusts her with his life.

The entire bit between Adi & Imlie shows just how far they have come as a couple. Where earlier Imlie used to be a bit hesitant while talking to Adi or putting her views, now she is very secure in the relationship and fully shows her haq on him in every way. Be it calling him Imlie ka Imlendar, pulling his shirt while complimenting him (and Adi's almost blush when he pulls away, that was so cute) or convincing him to go along with her plan. It was so beautiful to even see how she showed him the mirror of his past actions when he retorted that Nishant himself asked Pallavi to marry someone else. Her response of saying something, but actually seeing your loved one with someone else, actually reminded me of 2 incidents. One of his when he asked her to marry someone else and then got jealous at seeing Imlie and Prakash together. The other was her own example of getting upset when she heard about Adi and Malini going for their HM. That betrayal she felt despite having told him herself to go to didi was what she was explaining to Adi today, which he also related to. Even their interactins among the T family, where she defended him and stopped the others from making fun of him was a cute call back to last week, where Adi came to Imlie's defense. They both never allow others to make fun of the other and always tries to find a solution rather than allow their partner to become the butt of jokes.

Then came the T family that really shined today. From BK's gadha, to khusboo in Vaani, to Aparna's Punjabi accent, they really were hilarious. But today the show stealer was Pankaj Tripathi. When he understood that this was the chance he had to show his son what he ca do, shuru ho gaye to showcase his acting chops and share his precious knowledge with his beta. By god kitne funny hai, matlab aaj toh unhone BK ko bhi maat de di comedy ke mamle mein. He was soo cute, endearing and really wanted to teach Adi the ropes, like you do for kids. Loved the wak BK kept telling him, thoda kam kar do, sab Adi ke sar ke upar se jaa raha hai. That was hilarious. the entire section with the T family really riminded me of "Chupke Chupe", one of my favorite situational comedies, which is very high praise for any ITV serial I have watched till date. Like I sahed on another post, today seems like a bumper episode after yesterday, and makes me really excited to see what we have in store for this week.

Today’s episode had all kinds of flavor to it. Adi-Imli were superb when they finally got the screen time and the dialogues they deserve.

T’s were hilarious 😂 Nadan & others pretty much mentioned all the funny moments but would like to add the scene of Pankaj trying to get the voice out 😂😂. I don’t think I have laughed out watching any ITV shows recently.

Adi going in front of the whole family as Imlinder and the family looking at him and recognizing him was 😂😂. Any other show would have given loads of bari burkham scenes if one of characters had cancer, but that’s why this show is hatke.

Btw..I never watched IB when it aired but recently started watching and guess what..didi’s KC had a tiny role in it 😀😀

Adi consoling Nishant was quite nice regarding the obliviousness towards death timing & how it is inevitable yet people still detest to discuss the inevitable. How death doesn't define them but their habits do so.

Adi breaking down in front of Imlie followed by Imlie consoling him was done decently also.

Also, it was so good to see how Adi consoled Imlie regarding her fear of English whereas Adi trying out acting with Imlie & Ts' support. Kya mast banter wala scene followed by Imlie's discussion of how one feels upon seeing their beloved with another person through logic more than love. Thanks for sharing the photos, they were very nice!

Ts trying to help Adi was also sweet. Got to a little of young Pankaj & Harish in the acting club. Sundar & his "yo boy" swag was funny to witness.

Yes both Adi & Imlie have gone through this heart vs. mind dilemma & have found out that dil pe kisi ka zor nahi chalta. The heart wants what it wants, then no logic works. However much they wanted to do the right logical thing, their love for each other wouldn't let them see their beloved with someone else.

So in a way Imlie made it personal for Adi & hence he agreed to give her bewakoofi wala plan a try.

I just can't with the pleasing visual of this pahad jaisa aadmi being sambhaloed by the cute si choti so ladki. The hug was also more in the way of Adi seeking her strength, energising himself with her love & support to face the fear of losing his brother to cancer.

The starting part of the hug reminded me of Imlie's imaginary hug to Adi after the poetry recitation. He had embraced her in a similar way in that hug except that he was not crying in it. But then the hug dissolved into Imlie wiping his tears, Adi barely keeping his composure & Imlie giving him her own assurances of making everything all right. And I just love how he totally believed in her belief of setting everything right.

Imlie was literally like a rabbit on skates wala energiser bunny. She was hopping & walking behind Adi with all her self confidence talks. Jhalli.

Adi's irritation with the bewakoofi wala plan & his characters name being Imliender was too cute. He was just finding ways to get out of this wacky plan. When nothing was working he even tried to cajole Imlie by tickling her beneath her chin like a little puppy😆. Reminded me of the cute dance step from Rowdy Baby song. But his trick didn't work😜.

We again got Imlie's infamous bulbwa jalat hai toh bujhat nahi & Adi's fuse udana when her bulbwa jalat hai dialogue. I can't with his 'Bujha do apna bulab!!!".🤣

We also had the hilarious sting operation dialogues in between. Imlie patkoing her feet when she was not able to remember the English word for sting, then doing the ishara of 🐍 dance, then babaji ka thullu gesture with examples of 🐍, tattaya & 🦂 was too good.🤣

P.s I HATEEEEE JUST HATEEEE THE LIGHTING what's with merging everything in this pale yellow color they are merging in walls.. why are they using itna yellow gradient.. where are the cool tones.. it makes them look like this have juandas .. can't tell the color of shirt /pag/skin/and walls apart.. why make them look so sickly.. can we plz plz go back to color palettes and saturations and colors adjustments from a while back the bright cool tones.. stop with the YELLOWWWW it really bugs me a lot everyday .. idk why have they been oversaturating it

I just love the way that they have become physically comfortable with each other. They do not hesitate to hold or move each other. It is so refreshing to see this comfort developing between a couple in an organic manner & it being showcased in such a natural manner. There is no deliberate pause, consciousness or LLHH moment made out of their increasing comfort. It is just as natural as breathing to them❤️.

I loved Imlie pinching him & telling him he looks good like this & Adi also accepting her plan & Imliender name after she calls him Imlie Ka Imliender. Phir toh usko manana hi pada Imlie ke plan ko. He is so gone for her😆❤️.

I'm very very late to the party😆.....and still strapped for time a bit but the episode was such a mood lifter, wanted to drop in my 2 cents thoda bahut.

Adi-Nishant's convo was long overdue and finally they gave them a good one....bhaiyon wala feel aaya. The build up was also done so well that Adi went to him to talk to him all logically and try to motivate him but ultimately was left feeling dejected when Nishant's sense of despair got to him too.

The way they set it up with Imlie overhearing the whole convo and being right there as Adi walks out in tears, then breaks down even further and just pulls her into that hug like she is his only anchor.....it was really well done. Ekdum maasoom bacche ki tarhaan rone lage Babusahib😆.....and that mothering instinct waali Imlie returned.....hugging him back soothingly, being the mature one in the moment consoling him, anchoring him, cheering him up with a typical Imlie quip ki main toh hoon hi na aur meri bewakoofiyaan bhi😆......lovely moment❤️.

I was amazed at how well they managed to transition from such an intense/emotional bit to the whole Imlinder setup😆. They have shown so much depressive crap in EXCRUCIATING detail that I'm still pleasantly surprised we got to see Imlinder ka build up in detail😆......they literally showed everything from Imlie putting the trial disguise on him, Adi's instant HELL NO reaction with I'm an AWARD WINNING PATRAKAAR and I can't do all this😆. That is what set it apart from typical Gul show ke disguises waale tracks.....they literally worked through Adi's discomfort with the disguise and figuring out the mannerisms of his disguise character😆.

The T family jumping in with full gusto to train him was also damn fun😆.......but I had to LOL at the cliche in the end ki friggin GOLD CHAINS na daalein toh inko Punjabi character nahin lagta.....stereotypes zindabad😆.

Chalo all that aside, a lot of content based scenes today....har cheez ke shades....emotional, poignant, fun, light, comic.....it was quite the range.....they covered so much ground in the scene when Imlie was trying to train/motivate him.....insisting he is Imlie ka Imlinder and naam nahin badlega😆.....rare moment of staking her claim on him.....and then yes, her reminding him of that one time he also pushed her away into wanting to marry someone else and that was his wake up call😆......Adi ko abhi bhi lagta hai jealousy doesn't work when that was his big trigger to realize his feelings for Imlie in PD too😆.....good she reminded him.....subtly dikhaya without sidetracking the convo.....Adi looked at her for a moment when she reminded him but baaki he still remained more focused on fussing over the discomfort regarding the beard, the disguise😆.

Lagta hai kal hi Imlinder ka bhaanda phod denge in the cafe scene.....lol award winning patrakaar got carried away after eating tasty khaana😆
