While NP's fake engagement annoucement will stall plans by WWW, mamaji and the GFN immoral dadi to get them really 'engaged' I am wondering about the effect not only on Milsi but on Baba, PL and Suki.
- Would Baba lose all respect for his bahu and when Milsi's memory returns and may not support her as much in case of any Michi misunderstanding? (Not that he was of much help even otherwise - WWW was more of a cupid for Michi than all their so called well wishers put together).
- Would PL feel cheesed off by Prachi's apparent disregard for her marital status? It is strange that Prachi never trusts anyone with her plans - not even her mother. She did that when she lied about Ritwik. She is doing that again, lying about her engagement.
- Would Suki be emboldened by Prachi's action and get together with Alaap? If Prachi tries to counsel her saying she should not be close to Alaap since she is still married to Saket, she may turn around and say that she has no right to preach when she herself hitched up with her ex when her brother was unwell. Again Suki is no saint and her opinions may not count but it would hurt Prachi deeply.
- And most importantly would Milsi try to step aside instead of pursue Prachi now that he thinks she is engaged? Will he hurry his marriage with WWW or her marriage with Neev? How he reacts will shape Michi's future.
Lets hope this may end on a good note and not bring more heart aches. We have had far too many of late.
