Tarak mehta ka concept bahut different hai , there was no leaps at all.

Yeh show agle 20 saal bhi chalega , leads bhi yehi bhudhe ho jayega , actors are not experimenting other things n wasting their career

These ppl are afraid ki aage unka career chal payega ki nahi . If you have talent n confidence then why are you scared
