I am so outraged. I stopped taking ITV seriously after QH but I fell into the trap this time and I hate myself for it😭.

This is so inconsistent with the pre leap character sketch. It is not even like starting from episode 1. Ths is like starting from -50

ok i understand that lockdown And rules have messed up plans but seriously they could have given us romantic scenes in resort and more character development of both ahaan and ishqi and worked on sorting out ahaans mums character and story

There was a lot that they could explore if they wanted to but I think we just have to accept that this is what it was. From the very beginning. This is what they had planned with or without COVID. As a writer myself, even if not professional, I know it for a fact that the writer wouldn't go 180 in her planning. They HAD planned this just this way. After all, this is Gul's show and it's just not possible for her to make a show without these elements that she somehow finds very interesting but sadly, we find it nothing more than disgusting and awfully humiliating.
