I think even if Ahaan has uttered these dialogues, he will not really be able to hate Ishqi. Right now, he is clouded with anger and he is saying this but he won't be able to totally hate her. I think after leap, he would have had time to cool down a bit. And when he meets Ishqi, he'll try to show some hatred. But eventually he might mellow down and I think he would mellow down even before he gets to know the truth. And once he knows the truth, he'll totally regret what he said now and how he behaved.

I honestly don’t get the big deal of her walking out of the marriage.

It’s her life, after all. Ahan doesn’t really have any right to hate her for not marrying. Even if this wasn’t a reason, if she felt she can’t be happy.. she has complete right over her life. It’s better than being sorry later on. It’s kind of stupid if you actually think about it. These decisions are personal, if Mayank abused her.. she will have to bear it! Not Ahan or her or his family… her life will be at stake not anyone else’s.. marriage is about two people and this Ahan makes it all about family.. which is ridiculous. Husband/ wife is the most important person in life and nothing else should matter. This kind of reaction reinforces the thought process that ‘what society/ family thinks’ is above individual happiness which isn’t true. No one can rescue you if you make a wrong decision in choosing a wrong life partner.
