Vishwaaas Ke Diye....

Let me Start by saying the better episode of the week so far.. We at least get to see a familiar imlie.. the one who tries to do something about things rather than just Be mahaanta ki muraat... Sure she still was using the didi cover and Actually went as far ahead as telling him to stop loving her and ended up PIssing him soooooo Bad but at least he got to hear what she thinks of his love and affection and got a chance to clarify ke daya what daya Girl. she is the one who shows it with forgiving so easily not him for him it was pure love and it is and he wants to say it loud to the world that it is his BIWI.. We got a bit of Insight into their heads About their Rishta FINALLY their thoughts ..

So we start off with a rather uncomfortable imlie hearing the extra Lamba and boring and forced didi jaap by family waale over a misunderstood aparna thinking adi is going on a date with malini and is announcing to parivaar so they can start their speeches about how maahan their bahu is and how patient she is to deal with their beta and how sundar and susheel and yada yada in front of imlie which makes her so uncomfortable.. one can see an imlie being so disturbed and aparna notices it and then goes extra on malini praise.. aur toh aur BK also Goes they are so lucky to have ladki like Malini as their bahu and the family concludes their panchayat with Nobody else could have bardasht karooed adi samjhooed him and usse better koi tha nahi kabhi bhi ( me... uhh imlie exists literally knows him in and OUTTT but okay)

uhhh... what anyways the gist was all of it putting namak on imlie ki insecurities making her feel even more insecure so in her mind she thinks adi is making a blunder by picking her as his life partner she is the wrong choice and he thinks his care and affection on general level is love while it is just his good heart and daya and usme woh galti karke apni life kharab kar lega so this is the time for me to take action LOL.. i have to laugh ke ek taraf she says adi is doing daya on her yet she has so much Faith ke agar yeh adi ko bolegi toh he will listen to her... Wife wali poori authority bhi use karni hai Oh Jhalli

So she goes to talk to him where he is getting ready to go to the lawyers and tell him ke plz bring didi back everyone is waiting for her and then inserts aur HUM BHI ooka intezaar karat hai ( oh boy jaise iss baat pe toh maan hi jaayega ke imlie kar rahi hai toh phir theek hai oh jhalli knows her impact and her hold so well haha) adi starts losing his head already but still tell her ke excuse me am going to the lawyer for talak and Imlie Goes KA KA KA.. HOW COME TALAAAAAKKKKKK you promised not until we meet KC so adi breaks to her ke Woman This isn't what we promised hello it wasn't our deal and anyways this is a mutual decision malini wants out asap caz of Her kunal babu so imlie totally udaooes his fuse by No she only loves you and you should only love her too and whatever You feel for me is not LOVE and just DAYA..all of it coming Out from the fresh dose of Bakwaas she heard outside so imlie tries her best to put herself down ke he made a mistake once by realizing true love he is making one again .. at WHICHHH ADI EXPLODES like a VOLCANO.. ke tum pagaal ho kya.. but sees her get scared and controls .. GM is sooo Good in this bit.. one can see the lava inside him .. but he sits on side let's her say her point trying to control his anger and not scare her yet one can feel that explosions inside him while he stares in anger continuously let's her finish as she goes on saying ke he mistakes his care for her as love while it is daya. he got inhibited to care for her made her his zimmedari and is now so used tooo to it ke he thinks it in more then just zimmedari.. so He again yells ke Zameen main ghadh gaye hum and abhi bhi keh rahe hain ke pyaar hain he doesn't know how else to make her believe about his love regardless that is HIS truth.. He can fight the world not her She is free to believe what she wants he will do what he think is right and hence Divorce IT IS hato yahan se and walks out Fab bit.. i was glad that once again in all this he clearly said ke he was mistaken ke dosti pyaar thi nah nil never his only love is her and her only and this time koi galat fehmi nahi hai... adi ka ghussa was OH Man.. i was kinda scared too ke kahin koi nerve damage na ho jaaye with the way he got riledup and exploded

then we get the meeting jahan didi again lies to him about her trip and lol isne desai uncle ke saamne kUnal ka pooch lia and didi had to lie and now desai uncle is like oh so this is the reason for divorce she loves someone else as he was curious ke how come Itna 'happy KAPIL" is taking divorce caz they talk with each other with respect... ( oh deva re deva.... yeh kaisa laywer hai... according to him with divorce respect cease to exist ke they should only be fighting what nonsense) anyways he got his answer by eavesdropping on the convo whatever.. Noticeable is iss sarii meeting main bhi he is in ghussa thanks to imlie

then we move onto a ghussail adi coming backkk home family trying to tease him but him not giving much bhaav and walking away to imlie stoppign him in mid and phat se asking him about didi jiska jawab he doesn't give so she tries to get his attention by using wrong english again ke why are you "ingore" me and adi couldn't help but correct ke "ingore nahi Ignore" and continues ignoring and ab apni jhalli se yeh baradasht bhi nahi hota legit 2 secs ki silent treatment and she was on edge and goes again ke aap kahan jaa rahe hain so he taunts her back with all the formality ke hum toh Terrace garden chale Aapse Request hai ke aap HUmpe Daya khake aa jaayeiye and walks out and Imlie is like aaj ghussa is itna zyada hai aaj ke zor se nahi dheemi seep( i think that's what she said about tone right) pe baat hai.. hahah bade din baad thye brought yeh back where she knows and has naye naye naam and ways to explain his ghussa and ofcourse the wrong english to get his attention towards her trope.. it remidned me of good old phythagoras days.. so she muses ke ab hum kaise jaayein kisi ne dekh lia toh phir bhi she goes caz she needs answer

And we come to the most BEAUTIFULLLLL Part of the episode.. An Adi imlie Scene in the zone we like.. Loved it..

we have an adi lighting up diyas everywhere leaving imlie a bit shook so he reminds her how she lit the dia up for this rishta once a vishwaas ka dia and she told him how her vishwaas is enough to nibhao this rishta and he saw today ke her vishwaas was shaking so he lit them up everywhere so she can hold onto her vishwaas tightly it and nibhao the rishta.. OH MAN what a BEAUTOFUL THOUGHT Imlie gets touched by this but she again starts her woh dia humara tha rishta bhi hum akele nibha lete so Adi cuts her to the chase and straight up tells her in saaf saaf shabd.. Yeh RISHTA AKELE IMLIE ka Nahi hai.. yeh Hum dono ka rishta hai and rishte akele nahi nibhaye jaa sakte... WOHOOOO and continues clearing her Misunderstanding that according to her him and malini are perfect for each other then how come kismat throws him at her.. agar iss bakwaas baat main zara bhi sach hota toh how come it keeps milwaooing them.. how has a man like aditya kumar tripathi who only was focused on hating her so muchh fell for love..and keeps coming to her none of this is sach she is his sach... he brings our favorite kismat vs choice argument to counter this very particular mentioned by her in the earlier scene how choice is superior then kismat so he counters it by no kismat is superior choice ka koi chance hi nahi in front of kismat

he Says what we have discussed pretty much all day ke Tum sahi nahi kar rahi sach kahein toh tumhein iss rishte pe vishwaas hai but jiske saath rishta bandha hai uspe nahi how is It fair to him .. how can she not see the sach in his eyes.. how imlie se pehle he was standing in dhoop and imlie is the baarish .. how she jeena sikhaooed him how he was pissed with the world she made him see the world differently get to know himself.. hasna sikhaya she made him beleive int he very concept of vishwaas how to keep vishwaas on things and now she isn't keeping that very vishwaas on him why?? how?? .. he wants to tell the world she is his patni and he loves her the most and puts all his hurt over the word daya out ke seriously i have done badtameezi insult but not daya that is you you are doing daya not me by forgiving .. my fav ek patthar Ko pighla dia tumne imlie.. he asks for one more favor ke aaj ek aur ehsaan just accept that i love you that you love me Bas maan jao that is all he wants... imlie gets moved by it but also gets Fb of the Shaadi number 2 so she Budges a bit form her stance and accepts ke every word he said has the truth she agrees to everything and if her prem is sacha toh phir swarth ki jagah nahi hai.. so the new deal is ok i will be with you the moment didi moves on this is her new sharat ke bas phir thoda intezaar kar lo plz phir humara let me be satisfied pehle phir i am yours .. phewwwww Hopefully ab dobara daura na pade ke go to didi.. lol it is still a lot in air and is off but it is still better to atleast hear her why she says it rather then grovelling ke she knows her pyaar is sacha too so she won't mix karo swarth in it and keep it pure

it as always ended up kaafi open ended with imlie still being stuck on hum apna ghar nahi basa sakat on didi ki unhappiness the plus point was her backtracking from.go to didi earlier and sticking to her I will basao my ghar with you but after settling didi.. not right now... I know I know it is still super super annoying 😒 but shukar hai akkad nahi gayi ke didi ke paas hi jao..and humka aona ghar basana hai is an improvement and abbi karo intezaar.... poori speech ka faayda hua she could see what she means to him isi liye thoda hili...lol at adi ka self musing afterwards ke hum kaise bhool gaye ke yeh malini ki behan hai and jab dunia ke liye she does so much toh behan ke liye toh karegi hi.. so he comes to peace too ke chalo kar lete hain intezzar..

i guess he was just relived that imlie admitted to be with him and not push him again to didi .. that he cleared her misconception at least in matter of love..

phir apni imelia went into jasoosi mode from here ke humka pata hai didi is not going manali let me be jasoos and is looking for didi mehh at their random hit and misses but thank you for the spunky imlie fighting with the conductor over calling PD ke saare log baaghi and ainvayein ladte huye rofl... imlie ne didi ko PD bus main dekh hi lia depsite didi ki efforts to hide.. i think she will be like shayad mujhe veham hua caz it wasn't clear but jo bhi who cares

i have to say the Diya scene was so Poignant Just with the right amount of Tehraaaav... GM and ST were Fab fab in this bit with him putting his soul on display and her Being so touched and moved yet fighting with her own Dilemma that how can she just be selfish in all this.. for her prem even though she had very little to do in this particular bit other than listening

i want them to address the insecurities and inferiority complex properly agar touch karna hai toh.. plz let adi address these things boost her morale and her confidence ke nahi yeh sab truth nahi hai.. help her navigate those more then what he said today even though everything he said today was so genuine and so True too but plz clearly address her inferiority too and uplift her.. they started it up hope there is a followup..

about family toh i felt for poor girl who was made to feel extra bad after aparna noticing her discomfort and going into extra zone to laud their bahu and how waise toh koi aur mil hi nahi sakti kahin.. and in precap staright up telling her she isn;t familya nd they will pay her uhhhh what... adi is khada there too i hope he reacts and reacts strongly to this... the precap is too short to gauge kisi ka bhi reaction to it

Definitely a decent episode after ages. Finally we were served what was sorely needed for the longest time...an insight into Imlie's mind, an explanation of the basis for her insecurities and inferiority complex...why she is pushing Adi away in spite of him accepting her. Family singing praises of Malini was soo OTT...I was like 🤣when they said no other girl would have jheloed Adi for 7 years.🤪 I was like ghar ki murgi daal barabar.😆 Anyway...OTT-ness of it aside...I'm thankful that we were given an insight into the basis of Imlie's insecurities. Last time Imlie's insecurities regarding Malini were hinted at were pre- AM wedding when she came to his house. I wish her insecurities were intermittently addressed in the storyline, instead of diverting into random tracks like Didi's suicide track. It's been like 100 episodes since then,. so there is still a bit of a disconnect for me with Imlie but at least now for me her behaviour makes sense. Adi's thought process has always been clearly addressed, I wish they keep this up now with Imlie.

Firstly, LOL at Ts thinking Malini understands Adi...hahah. Again logo ki soch surface level pe hi rehti hai...just because Malini is on paper perfect for Adi, make the presumption that she understands Adi perfectly. Also them calling her susheel shows that no matter how many wrongdoings Malini has committed, it doesn't register on anyone because her outer shiny package camouflages it all. In contrast, Aparna has swept all the goodwill Imlie has built in the family by relegating her to servant status in an instant...because she suspects Imlie has come between Adi & Malini. The idealistic me thinks I should bash Aparna but the cynical me thinks why should Aparna prioritise a househelp over her Bahu (for her Malini is her Bahu, she doesn't know that it's actually Imlie). Honestly, speaking from experience...for middle class families titles of rishta matter a LOT. Rishtedaari...duniyaadari are prioritised and people's feelings are sacrificed at the altar of society.

But coming back to the meat of the epi. Imlie feels she is unworthy of being Adi's wife and Tripathi bahu because on paper, Malini seems to have all the qualities that Adi's wife/T Bahu should have and she doesn't feel that she matches up. Malini is sundar, susheel, comes from wealthy background and enjoys a prestigious career. Now Imlie's insecurity last time when Mithi mentioned the reason of her not asking for her rights from Dev C (due to her fear of not being accepted because she was gaaoon ki gawaar) makes more sense. Not the gawaar part, but the outward shiny package of being a modern, well educated woman from a good background....which Imlie feels she lacks. The basis for Imlie's insecurities are valid because duniyaa toh appearance ke basis pe judgment suna deti hai. How can she feel assured that Adi's family will accept her without the outer shiny package when she doesn't even feel assured that Adi has accepted her for her qualities and not out of pity?

WELL DONE Adi for finally telling her that this rishta is not her's to nibhao alone!👏 And honestly, I love that Adi expresses his feelings by addressing the changes that she has brought about in him and kismat bringing them together etc but he needs to explain to her WHY he fell in love with HER. He needs to explicitly address the qualities in her that made him fall for her and why she is his worthy partner and T Bahu and not Malini. Things like her strength of character, her wisdom, her faith...her jhalliness, the fact that she spreads joy and sunshine in his life (and everyone else's). Like every time he confesses, it always comes back to him....😆🤣 She pighlaoed the stone that is AKT, he was standing in dhoop and she was the baarish etc. I loved all of this especially the part when he said she made him believe in the concept of vishwaas when he was always a logical person.❤️But see what I mean that his confessions always come back to him?😆I love his sincerity but Adi explaining why him and Malini don't belong together by referencing kismat won't be enough for Imlie this time. Because in her current frame of mind, she needs to hear that she is Adi's CHOICE because she feels she's been thopoed on Adi and he has accepted her out of pity and pushed Malini away because of that. He needs to say something like kismat brought you and I together, but staying with you is my CHOICE because you have all the qualities I desire in my life partner. MARZI needs to make a come back in his lexicon.😆

It would be better if he also addresses WHY him and Malini are completely mismatched and she does not have any of the qualities he inherently desired in a life partner...but that would require the writers addressing her flaws so we can rule out the possibility of that happening.😆 But can the writers at least address that Imlie has the qualities that makes her worthy of being Adi's wife and T Bahu to through Adi? Because Imlie not accepting Adi's love is a secondary issue/side effect of her feeling that she is unworthy of being his wife/T Bahu. She's more confounded by him loving and accepting her over Malini than doubting the sincerity of his love...that's why she thinks he has accepted her out of pity. She literally feels she is unworthy of his love and acceptance. Now I feel like that's why she's stalling accepting him and using Malini Didi as proxy to achieve this aim. Even if she sees Malini-Chauhan Babu together, it's doubtful that will she feel assured in her relationship with Adi.

My question now is how will Adi raise her self-esteem in the toxic T house environment when Aparna & Radha are constantly relegating her to servant status?😕 Even if Rupi Di and Adi fold her into the family now, she will still remain a servant only for them na?

Thanks So much for this review. I daily wait for the analysis of the episode, and I know today you have burned the midnight oil to give us this beautiful analysis. Today's episode was LITTT. Finally we got to see the AKT we were looking for. Just today I realized why I like this show and it is genuinely all because of Aditya's character's journey. I mean even though the name of the show is "Imlie", Adi's characterization has been really beautiful and complex for a ML in ITV. Today he proved that I was right in connecting with him and his growth. Here is a guy who 1. Accepts that he was wrong in judging a person and venting out his frustration on someone who was equally scarred by the incident. 2. Is willing to atone for his sins by being buried but not let go of his feelings towards someone he truly has a soul connection. 3. Understands where Imlie's insecurities come from and is willing to give her the time and space to come to terms with the new normal. 4. Still has "fikar" for Malini (esp in today's episode when she says she is going alone to Manali and he was like "it is not safe") despite everything and wants to continue being a friend for her and wants her to be happy. 5. Has always stood up for Imlie (even when he hated her he knew she would never steal) and continues to do so, even when she does not ask for it. 6. Truly believes he has a connect with Imlie beyond their shaadi and so is willing to go to any lengths to make her understand that he cannot be with anybody else.

These qualities and today's rant of his really made me proud that this show is willing to explore such complex facets of human emotion on ITV. I know that the last few episodes have been more of didi jaap, but there also it makes sense to me due to the following things - 1. Imlie is very attached to didi, as she felt didi was the first person who treated her as an equal when she met her (later didi changed her stance which is a different thing which Imlie has conveniently forgotten). 2. For Imlie, didi was that ideal that she would want to emulate, as she is beautiful, humble (according to Imlie and T family), has donated blood for her and defends her like Adi to the world. Imlie thinks that when such an ideal person is there as a choice for a life partner, she feely guilty and confused to why someone like Adi will choose her. 3. Imlie's didi jaap is a lot like Meethi's painter babu's jaap when she always believed that DC will come for her and give her the respect she deserves. It took her almost 20 years and a nudge from Adi & Imlie to let go of her insecurities and get married to Satyakam. Imlie is going to have some of those traits and will behave like a doormat for people she thinks are her "family" no matter how wrongly they treat her. 4. Malini right now is the most vulnerable and confused in the current situation. I know many people will not like what I say here, but to see it from Malini's side - here is a woman who has always craved for a big family and a partner who was her best friend and showed all the qualities that she was looking for in her husband. When Adi categorically said that he loves Imlie and she will be his first priority going forward, she lost not only her husband, but to an extent even her friend. She would love to blame someone in this situation, but she knows it will backfire on her coz all three are blameless for this mess. While Adi di ruin her life by marrying her when he already was married, but she understood his thought process and not accepting the truth will make her look bad, which she will not allow. I do not agree with people who say she is manipulative. She is just acting out for self preservation, as she feels like she needs to protect her heart from further damage. She also knows that Adi is someone who will not let go unless he is sure that Malini is fine, which will make it difficult for her to move on as well. I also appreciate that somewhere she wants to salvage her relations with Imlie as well coz even though she would like to blame her for this current predicament, she still feels for Imlie and wants to maintain a relationship with her.

So today's episode overall gave me hope that the jouney will get better going forward.

I have to add it is a bit of spoonfeeding .. if I may.. with him having to keep.repeating how imlie changed his life to the audience but I guess imlie needed to hear it as it is.. I mean she knows it her heart knows it but her self doubts were not helping her and confusing her the doubt on his love wasn't sorted the other day so it kinda joins the loop to it .. so I should let it go .. I twas still nice to see
