Kareena was never ever a crowdpuller. She struggled to give Hits in 2000s. The only reason she sustained was through her PR and because she was a star-kid.

I can give Karisma credit for the success of films like Raja Hindustani, HSSH, Judwaa, Hero No 1, Biwi No 1 etc, because she had a good role in these films, and Aamir or Salman weren't big enough stars when these films released.

But Kareena can't be credited for success of 3 Idiots, Bodyguard or Bajrangi Bhaijaan because they were big enough by the time these films released and that's where lies the difference.

Most of Kareena's Hits in her filmography has her doing a flowerpot role and worked because of the male actor's stardom in the film.

That's why I credited Kareena's PR as well, which kept her relevant throughout previous decade despite giving back to back Flops at box office.

Nope but it became a Blockbuster only because of lead actor's stardom. Kareena being in the film made no difference.

Karishma kapoor is a better actress, dancer and a better performer

Kareena was NOT a flower pot role in Talaash, in fact many thought she stole the show. Kareena was also integral in Jab We Met, Ki and Ka, and Veere Di Wedding as well as Good Newwz. On one hand you'll give Karisma credit in successful films, but won't do the same for Kareena? She also wasn't flowerpot in Udta Punjab either but that's a multistarrer with stars as big as her.
And again, she was clearly the biggest star in Veere Di Wedding and Ki and Ka. Arjun Kapoor has no pull. He's had a million flops since Ki and Ka. I can't recall the last time any Kareena's films flopped. 2013 maybe.
