Both are correct Purvi feels Saki is his 1st wife and for Vir he being a victim of circumstances he feels he should do justice to both of them he had searched for the body of Saki but could not find it so all assumed she was dead and whether we like it or not he had two children with her and had spent some part of his life loving her and grieving for her.
