At least here Virat has no such relationship with his bhabhi or vahini/and has no intention to keeping such a relationship alive.

But I agree Virat has to be more point blank in addressing this devar-bhabhi relationship, otherwise its pointless for Sai to return!!

umm. I wasn't really comparing the two shows.

That's why I said, I would have been hated by all fandoms alike in that forum if I were a member then, because my views regarding everything about the show were different😆

I never hated Vividha for loving Atharva or even with the physical relation as it happened after she had separated with Ravish. Although I didn't like the fact that it happened when she was unconscious.

I hated her for her insensitivity, extreme selfishness and her kill-the-ones-who-care-for-me-with-my-tongue attitude.

About this show, yup. I want Virat to be more straightforward too.

I might be in the minority on this forum but I absolutely loved it when Atharva Vividha got back together in JNDSD or Riddhima and Armaan in DMG. (Both the FLs were married under duress, unlike Pakhi here, and as much as I respect the sanctity of marriage, true love doesn't fade away just because you will it to. Not that I condone cheating in any way in real life). And I think if you look at the forums of those shows, there were people rooting for both the sides, no matter whether the FL or ML were flawed or not.

This is where GHKKPM failed, mostly for Aishwarya. Without any concrete basis for Virat and Pakhi's love story, Virat's vaada comes off as a joke. If you compare this to Virat's vaada made to his love of a few years who had as deep of a relationship as the couples mentioned above, people would have been far more critical of Virat and more forgiving of Pakhi. Which is what I think Aishwarya expected - a love triangle where Pakhi is the one wronged, so there would be people rooting for her, and which is why the FD's dislike of her is a bitter pill to swallow for her.

Coming to Virat - his inability to speak up for his wife and mother is very very frustrating. His promise, his stupidity, even if everything is overlooked, it's the first flaw which annoys everyone. A lot of his faults are ignored because the actor is well liked and has his own fan following. Rest are ignored because it builds up for quite some drama for a few months, after which he can shout once and bring up the TRP.

Would someone like Sai want such a man as her husband in RL ? Nope,

Would I want someone like Sai to be married to such a man in RL? Nope.

Do I want Sai and Virat to be together in the show? Yup.

She isn't positive. But I don't see her as completely negative too. There are worse criminals in the show then her. So I don't hate her. I hate her for only one thing i.e. killing an innocent soul. That's it.😆

Apart from that, I kind of understand her.

I hope someday he apologizes to Patralekha too. And I want Patralekha to do the same, not to him 🙈🙈 but to Sai.

I want her to move on. I don't know if it will ever happen🤔

Waah kya off topic baatein karti hu mein:

You had commented it in the morning on Saichintalli's post, regarding Candy floss murder, the ghum dictionary one🤣

FL are not perfect either but in ITV their flaws are never acknowledged and they never apologize . It’s equivalent to white washing their mistakes. Atleast ML get half cooked redemption but FL don’t even acknowledge their mistakes.

I can’t think of one show where FK was not at fault but they are white washed

If this was a RL ,following things would never happen

1. Virat in the first place would not have spared Sai and her father when he was repeatedly insulted and shouted at by a teenager . In RL does an ACP tolerate such insolence ?

2. In RL , a girl like Sai would be more vulnerable and would be easy target . She would have definitely married Virat and they would have started their married life with or without love instead of stating it as a deal marriage .Eventually they would have fallen in love or would have compromised

3. I hate to say this , in RL Jagtap wouldn’t spare Sai when he kidnapped her . I am so thankful that the kidnapping scene wasn’t anywhere close to RL . This is one scene I am happy it wasn’t realistic

3. In real life , there would be no one like Virat who would bear all the tantrums from Sai patiently. Virat has made mistakes but Sai is no saint . Her mistakes would not be brushed under 18 yr old carpet either .

4. In serial, I want Sairat together but RL is different. So RL can never be compared with serial

I know the scenes of virat sai romance are cute n all but still can i dare to ask if he is man any woman would want.

He who promised a girl that he gonna love her forever but breaks his promise. Yes promise was stupid still he broke it.

He who promised a dying man to take care of his daughter in every situation, throw out the same girl on streets in middle of the night.

He who ignored the pukeworthy attitude of his family towards his mother.

He who himself asked Sai to behave for tit for tat attitude to his family members but then call her ill mannered.

He who knows that his father and uncle do not do anything without their bhabhi but he did not doubt any of them for one second let alone punished.

He who manhandled his wife in front of his whole family.

N this list is never ending....

N indian tv shows us two educated females quarreling over this man like hell.

No matter what they do now but as a character Virat is a failure. This just reconfirms our own pathetic pancountry attitude in which a man gets away with all his ill deeds just because he is a man n feeling sorry 🤐🤐🤐

Let's awwwwwwwwwwwww now

Hey!

So is he worthy- Nope, not at all. But this is an OG remake & most of us know what we signed up for 😂

I stated watching for the lead pair & most of the times the regressive story line gets on me. But writers very dedicatedly whitewashes all the characters. No doubt ITV is skewed towards FL but here compared to other regressive MCP’s Virat is all the more intolerable because he is otherwise portrayed as a man of principles & then he turns out to be an abusive, toxic husband. He has no traumatic past to blame his behaviour on. Duh! What a disappointment. Except for Neils acting there’s nothing I look forward to the in character. He failed to keep even one promise he has made beginning with Pakhi. Specially in the recent episodes he turned out be the most horrible out there. But as it is they are showing him repenting & apologetic😂😂. As nonsensical as it sounds I will take it for the fiction. In RL he doesn’t deserve Sai at all after manhandling/ ousting/ denying food etc etc. Should they be together? Def no.

Ugh & yes the ugly regular trope of 2 women fighting for a man. As you said Virat for me as a character is a failure. I will wait for how he develops in the future episodes. If its an exact remake there’s nothing to look forward to. But I have seen most ppl in the forum call out Virat for his actions. More than Virat as husband, Virat a son disappoints me. He needs to raise his voice for his mother. He can’t take her for granted & a turn a blind eye towards her. Ashwini deserves better

P. S - Not a virat hating post, don’t come at me. This is how he was shown in the episodes. Also the mistakes (?) Sai has committed is nothing in front of what the makers made Virat do. But at the end of the day that’s how ITV functions. I wouldn’t be complaining after 180+ episodes because I made the stupid decision to watch it for whatever lollipop sairat scenes they give. Will move on one day when drama becomes unbearable. Sai & Mohit up until this point has good character sketch acc to me.

Lol “lets awwww now”, that’s so on point 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

There r diff layers to this..forgiveness is personal. Some forgive some may not. And they may have their reasons. And no outsider can judge it .... ...in real life too , a lot of men are forgiven for far worse things than virat...we weigh the pros and cons and decide..

we forget that reel is very different and we r able to form a judgment bec we r watching it as a whole..we know things which the characters also don't know. Like virat doesn't know pakhi faked that letter , he doesn't know chavans planned kidnapping , but we know... ...virat didn't know sai was right and pulkit is a good guy, sai knew virat was brain washed ...so on and so forth.

this isn't a drama about empowerment , the purpose of this show is not even close to the movie thappad...here the leads come together and separate and family drama and bickering fetches trps. They don't care abt anything else. Sai coming bk to virat will not be seen as bad by the audience bec a lot of women forgive. Again, it's neither good nor bad , it's personal.

Virat has all these problems which were mentioned , n all very difficult to adjust with. So , sai will be taking an informed decision to go bk ..I can't blame her for that..the way she reacted with the news of virat getting shot, she cares a big deal for him . So..is he worthy? No. Is he worthy for sai? She will decide.

This 👏 .. Was just saying the other day.. as far as words ..the verbal insults are concerned both Virat and Sai have done that do each other 'after marriage' and not apologised to each other...Happens between husband and wife normally as well... However Virat's actions/reactions are way beyond something that can go without an apology.. Apology is the least he could do..

However there is one trait I like about Virat is that he deeply regrets his mistake..

Also regarding Aai.. however apna he feels for Aai, however much he takes her for granted.. he needs to stand up for her...and he is the only one whose words can be taken seriously by dil ke acche ghar ke bade.. .High time now... Poor woman is taunted for missing him for being concerned for him....while the Bhabhi is hailed for the special concern she shows.. Ghar ke ache bade are plain inhuman to her and he has been ignoring it....Look at way caring and mature Pakhi has been back answering her these days..

I raised that point couple of times. It is very common ....In all itv shows..

Just because virat has moved on (?), now all the blame on pp.... I know she behaves like it.... still virat's vaada is cause of all these nonsense he is dealing with...

If he is really out of that attraction mode (???) ..... what is stopping him to call her vahini /aap ??? just like mohit addresses sai !

What is stopping him.... to announce loud and clear in front of CN animals.... warn them.... do not send pp for his work.... ever!

Why is he not talking to pp parents about their daughter being delusional and stepping in his private space always ...even after repeated clarifications / denials !!!!!!!!!!

in another top rating show also....I mentioned that .... between two wives (yes) .... why they keep debating who is right and who has right on husband always???.... why no one points out who is NOT right at all (a criminal goes scotch free) !!!!!!!!!!
