About Patralekha, how I wish makers had done a better job at her character because honestly the time shouldn't be that big an issue. The most romantic love story Titanic (my favourite movie, and not because of love story) was based on literally a few days love story😆 So I never make fun of two days love😆because in fiction it can happen. Not that I'm comparing two love stories because those two were ready to die for each other. Now that I think about it. They were ready to die for few days love. How many days 🤔4?5?

I can see why they connected though. I'm not sure if they would have ended up with different partners later on when the newly found romance and shiddat faded😆or maybe they would have remained together because of all that they survived together.

But Jack died before that happened😆. For me it was Rose's story(mostly). Jack's story. Other character's story. Here I go. Me and my love for Titanic❤️❤️🤣

So I just took that love story as it is. Most of the times, if a love story doesn't look convincing to me, I just accept it as it is and focus on the whole story.

For me Virat's vada was more like a deal that he made with Patralekha so that she marries Samrat. I don't find Sai and Virat's marriage a deal as they themselves have said again and again.

On the other hand the vada was a deal for me.

I do wish they do a better job at Patralekha's character. Because that character has scope. But they are literally doing beizzati of their own dialogues by giving her same old beizzati dialogues🤣

I mean come on for how long

They are literally failing at her character. They could have done something better.

Just for an example, In hospital, she doesn't sleep the whole night for Virat and is ready to hold his hand the moment he's about to fall. It shows her care. But later when he asks about Sai, she says maine poori raat sewa ki and all which is fine but also wtf dialogues like uski tareef karne ki bajay that was so unnecessary. I mean tareef😳 comeon, the word makes it feel like she is some long distant relative who came for a night to take care and he didn't notice. She should have said something like meri sewa ki kadar. Would have sounded much better. If she thinks he is her own, to tareef nahi kadar expect karni chahiyeor they could have just shown her remaining silent showing her aching helpless heart when Virat didn't even notice and asks about Sai. But they made her spew nonsense dialogues for so long so that Virat's love for Sai could be highlighted. Later on when Sai comes to see him and she is blocking Sai's way. When Virat calls out to Sai, her resolve starts to break, that was nice to see. But they added the adamant behaviour which was so unnecessaryi liked that she stopped her initially but I was hoping for her hand to drop down automatically as her resolve crumbles completely with Virat's constant calls to Sai. That didn't happen. Because they had to show Sai pushing her away for Virat so here Patralekha's character was compromised to show their love. Most of the times, other characters suffer to make one character look better than everyone or to make a love story look stronger 🤷

I am being completely neutral here even though I won't mind if she just disappears completely🤣🤣

Makers can do a better job but they won'tshe does come out caricature-ish😆

Actually by making pakhi so blunt n stupid .. they are making her a butt of joke .. she’s constantly harping the same tune of beizzati

She had 2 back to back confrontations with virat .

The one in hospital was brutal .. she knows virat n Sai both are witness to the conversation why is she bringing it up .. a clever vamp will try to cover her tracks .. that good Sai came to do her job .. atleast now she will be responsible towards her husband.. it would give her a chance to go back to bring friendly with virat

See the time when Sai entered the house during marriage .. she was behaving hurt but sensibly .. telling others to accept the marriage.. but after suhag raat lipstick drama her behaviour is on a toss

she’s looking more and more stupid ..

I won’t be surprised if virat calls her out tomorrow for pretending to be his wife in the hospital.. and this she brought to herself by egging sai n virat ..

I have lost all hopes on CVs to be honest. They did a good job initially regarding everyone in Chahvan niwas, not just Patralekha. After Sairat marriage, Bhavani and Sai were a pleasure to watch.

Gradually everything got lost. She is now a typical vamp hating on Sai for everything and there are no moments where she gives in unknowingly. And it started happening way before kidnapping drama.

I just don't expect anything better for Patralekha. Even if in s corner of my heart, the hope remains for better characterization. But CVs

I'm not saying that Sai coming to see Virat was wrong. I loved her persistence. In fact, that was the reason i started watching again ❤️❤️ But Patralekha's character was sacrificed by not letting her hand drop on her own. I notice these small moments😆

CVs have already made a joke out of her character by giving her such nonsense dialogues

That hospital scene just gave me second hand embarrassment🤣

We all know tv shows are not representive of real life but it irks me to no bounds when writers decide to stray from reality just to do drama. Like which police officer uses all those resources only to let the culprit go free....as much as you might want to personally the law does not work like that.

It is such a common thing on all these shows that I sometimes wonder about the Indian justice system (am not Indian) and am sure that is not how it works in real life but it does make you wonder. Like all the shows have so many villians that are actual criminals but they never really get punished and they always go back to that tired line of if someone realises their mistake then they should be forgiven...some do not even repent but becuase they are older like Kaku they just brush over it. Some crimes can not just go away just because the person regrets it....so many shows that show molesters, abusers, muderers and just plain mean evil people but in order to keep the story going they somehow just keep getting forgiven so they can continue doing the same things over and over...it gets tidious.

Off topic but I have been meaning to ask why are there so many shows where women are pitched against each for no apparent reason pretty much all the current shows have some women hating each other for no reason...in this casw Parkhi and Sai have a reason...but Karishma and Sonali being that hateful with no actual reason is annoying kind of proves that old saying that women can not exist without bickering and undermining each other for no reason

I agree, these shows really do have a low standard. Yeah, I was shocked when I saw a show where a murderer got free (yeah 5 months later they reveal that he's still alive but still, atempt to murder to hai na) , only coz she's FL's mother. Only 'punishment' she got was that the FL didn't speak to her for 8-9 months maybe and after that she forgave her. That same lady did again various murder attempts, this time on her daughter and son-in-law and all she got was silent treatment for maybe 3-4 weeks. And that show is still running. So yeah, it irks me too.

Yes you are right! VIRAT is a weak character! He has no guts to stand with his wife or his mum! He sucks as IPS officer, he was fooled by patralekha and his family so easily

I think I know which show 😆. I stopped watching it. It had become to unbearable. That mother got away with so many wrong and criminal things imagine getting the silent treatment for mudering someone ( even if he turned up alive later she did stab him and they dumped him in the river and left him fir dead so very much attempted murder) but on top of that the show was just becoming too illogical so I gave up.

I love me an indian tv soap it is my guilty pleasure. Love and hate them in equal measures 😊. I will always get hooked into one even when I say no more🤣
