Yes, giving tasks and questions will be done as a team but you would have to do your task by yourself. No help can be taken from anyone else like the previous round.

The purpose of the teams are to just to come up with truth questions and dare tasks.

Every member has the choice to choose either truth or dare. It's not a team as a whole. You can choose truth if you want or dare. Whatever you would like.

Yes, you are supposed to choose truth/dare before knowing the task just like the game we play in reality
