in the HKKN medley, Rafi sang the whole Chand Mera Dil part, which was the longest out of the 4 songs, and the only one which people sing alone in reality shows. KK sang "Aa dil kya" and like 2 lines in "Mil Gaya". So I would re-calculate that ratio as maybe 3:2. In the same movie, Rafi sang the title song, a bit at the end of "Yeh Ladka Haye Allah" and of course his award winning Kya Hua Tera Wada. KK sang Bachna Aye Haseeno and the least known song in the film, "hum ko to yaara teri yaari".
And you're saying KK outplayed Mukesh in the 70s? well duh, Mukesh died in 1976! so you can't even count him in because he didn't even live the full decade. But he also gave hits like Kabhi Kabhi, Kahin Door, Jis Gali Mein Tera Ghar etc. in the 70s. (now don't tell me those are forgettable too 🤢)
I'm not denying that RDB was the busiest in the 70s and that he used KK the most, but if he used anyone after KK, it was Rafi.
Not just the busiest.. i would say he was at the dizziest peak.. with KK.. which nobody could come close..thats one reason also for the erosion of what was the golden era..and many singers of the golden era with the exception of Asha and Lata.. because people following this combination.. couldnt really live up to the heights they carried the music to.. and what came in 80's was more run down music.. everybody including Jatin latit and Anu malik had to live up only by following the RDB style...
