Why Shiva is being call "Gawar"?

I didn't follow previous episodes. Can someone clear my doubt why people call Shiva "Gawar"? he didnt study? he didn't complete his college/school?

Am I missing something.

He did go to school as far we know, not sure if he ever went to college but he did go to school for Dhara's sake.

At this point, many are just suspecting its because he has the least amount of education compared to say Dev or someone
