Govinda or SRK. Who is the better actor?

Govinda can do romantic roles but srk can not do haseena mann jayege, jodi no 1 etc.... Although srk have only chak de india which will not suite govinda

Govinda is an effortless actor but his niche is comedy. SRK is versatile and suits every genre. He may not be as gifted as Govinda in comedy but he has exceptional timing and can deliver with good writing and a co-star to vibe with (eg- KHNH)

Overall then- SRK obviously by a 10000 miles
