The only Ekta show I watched was Pavitra Rishta. I started from the middle, post 18 year leap when Manav-Archana's kids grow and all of the girls were fresh faces. I really liked the actress for Purvi. She was so sweet. Before I realized I got hooked but eventually gave up after a year. The lead couple kept getting separated and Purvi was Archana 2.0 - selflessness ki dukaan.

Yeah, but that's his trait. Some ppl are like that. More than saviour comples now, I feel he just is a protector by nature.

And it works perfectly well for Anokhi cause she also looks at him when she needs saving.

It's actually the reason why she's so attracted to him too. Cause the girl has had her father beating her up, had almost married a douchebag. If not for Astha, and also her mum and Bablee, she would have been stuck in the hell hole. Even Astha, helped her to fight off the Sabherwals. Girl needs support and it's not wrong. Everyone needs support man. She didn't get it from her parents anyways. Now toh, she dosen't have a home other than hostel. She has nowhere to go. She literally needs support. She's strong , no doubt, but it's unfair to expect her to brave everything alone. I am happy that she gets help from him😆. The girls needs that and loads and buckets of love.

Also, everyone who say that Astha braved it alone, she didn't have the shitty parents that Anokhi had. If u look around, there's no real support for Anokhi other than Astha maam. Even her mom and sister will not be able to offer her shelter now!
