The writers really nailed it when he said, "You don't have to remind me of my past mistake at every moment; it is the first thing on my mind when I wake up and the last thing before I fall asleep." Sigh. It broke my heart. And Amma's expression was important there so I'm glad the camera remained on her for that extra-long moment.
I know it was not appropriate in today's episode, but I would like the writers to some day soon include a scene in which Amma defends Raghav in a public way. Ideally, I would like to see a scene in which Vijay is blasting Raghav and before Raghav can speak for himself, Amma says, "Hang on, Mr Vijay---if you have any complaints of my son, speak to me. You can scold your own children, but I have not permitted you to scold mine."
That day won't come because by then, Pallu will stand up against Vijay Baba and defend her husband before sasu ma gets a chance. 🤣
