I mean he was really good in Baahubali but not a fan of his acting or looks otherwise.

True....he suits bahubali...but Lord Ram...i dont feel he suits it

They are putting a lot of money into this...for everyone's sake I hope it does well else tata bye bye to mythological based films in bollywood. I am more interested in Hrithik's Ramayana

I just hope they have another younger teenager actors who will do the initial parts around the Swayamwara etc because at that time Ram & Sita were 15-16 year olds.

Just imagine Prabhas and Kriti being passed off as 15 year olds.😳 Itni CIG karni padegi phir bhi it will look ajeeb.

On topic, Prabhas is prob too old now to play Ram. So are Hrithik and Ranveer.

I don't know anything so I googled how old was Ram and it said Ram was 39 when he killed ravan. Prabhas claims to be 41? 😆 So not too big of a difference.

But the main story is supposed to start when the Sita Swayamwara happens and at that time they both were supposed to be teenagers.🤓

None of the actors who have played Ram in TV shows or movies can pass off as 15/16 year olds though... they were all either in their late 20's or 30's if not older than that. So I don't know why that's the expectation with this movie.

Prabhas was great in Bahubali but I haven't seen his work beyond that ... and he does look old in that pic like he has been letting go of himself. I watched his coffee episode and the guy seriously lacks personality... like, is he a saint by any chance? Maybe that's why they picked him to play Ram.😆 Kriti is a good choice for Sita though.

I'd much rather have someone like .... ugh, forget about it, we don't have any newcomer who is well-known and fits the bill except the stars who're in their late 40's to 50's.

If Ram was 39 when he killed Ravan then he would have been 25 when he married Seeta (14 years prior).
