Can Northern Pakistani beauties work in bollywood?

I have a question, if ever Pakistan and India become friends and beautiful women from Northern Pakistan work in Bollywood, will they be considered desi/local or foreigners? I mean technically even the northern most areas are in South Asia

Though generally northern girls are considered more beautiful because of fair reddish skin I guess, also they seem to have more coloured hair/eyes in the north
