But I did not know that she is of such a big heart.
I think very soon anuj entry is gonna happen in the annual day function maybe as a chief guest /VIP. coz anu is gonna cater for VIPs and also going to organize a performance. Anuj intro also came in a school function in bengali version right. Haha it will be fun to watch vanraj's reaction once he sees anuj ππππ

Honestly I don't want Anuj's entry so soon. I want Anu to first be successful and fully independent, bcoz dont want people to link her success to Anuj. Right now, even the divorce is not through. He can come after divorce happens.

Hiring freshers is popular.. But having them start at higher positions isn't. So most companies understand that hiring freshers being enthusiastic will work through....
Managers (no offense to anyone at that position here) mostly do some work related to delegation and planning.. Ab Vanraj ko dekh lo... He had so much vellapanti of time to go and have romance in office π€£
Jokes apart, managers do not really do something creative. Creative work is done at basic level. It is approved and improved by managers and higher level. So ideas do flow from there... The improvement is based on experience and understanding of industry standard which freshers clearly don't know at the time of joining.
Yes, when you have two applicants one with 40 years of experience and one with 30...you opt for 30 but not replace 25 years with 0. Doing that will do nothing more than creating Ego issues and fights in organizations with experienced people quitting and killing the company. Sorry for pouring in my HRgiri here
Khair... I would have found it more sensible to have a new character, even if it's female.. To be there who later befriends Anupama or just be Devikaπ€I would love to see Kinjal messing up a few things as learning to make it realistic.
