I was kind of pissed of terrible dialogues written for baa... Literally I cannot just digest her thinking...

She wholeheartedly wishes to go back to the past coz it gives her leverage over Anupama again and she gets to live with her son too She aint looking at this with a rational mindset.

And that she should have forgiven Vanraj? Now.. Let's just for once assume... Anupama had a male friend who are just attracted to each... I am not even talking about committing adultery... Because that's like far fetched for Shah family to digest... But I wouldn't mind assuming that... Inspite of being hard working bahu, she did not get love and respect from Vanraj like she should... Hence, she found solace and peace with another man... After a few days, she finally realized that she was wtong and GENUINELY seeked forgiveness without even going back to guy when refused, instead tried on and on... Would BAA ever ever ever forgive her? Or expect Vanraj to continue having on relationship with a woman... I am 1000% sure.. She wouldn't have approved it... Like and no one should ideally...

She would throw her out of the Shah house long back and ensured that all the doors are closed on her face permanently, and start looking for another 'girl' for her son.

But then with what face is she asking Anupama to forgive Vanraj...

With the face that says she wants the control of the domestic life again, and does not care if Anu has to even walk on fire but if her son gets a small cut on his finger, she will raise hell! She wants him to have his family and live comfortably at the expense of Anu again, and is the embodiment of everything a mother should NOT be, and it is no wonder Anu learned and used the same logic with Toshu and Pakhi too, although dont think she is as shallow enough as Baa to ignore adultery if Toshu committed it! 🤔

Anupama should totally throw this question to her... Like she has asked Vanraj so many times... Angering him.

Anu's mother had given a karara jawaab but Anu did not show her the neccessary support tbh.

If Anupama had done the same thing as Anupama's husband did, her Baa would have been the first member to take her out of the house without asking the reason,

May be encourage her son to divorce Anu.

I know right. It's sad to see Anupama being so pushed out whenever she does the right thing! Hope someone does question Baa someday... Vanraj was already questioned by Anupama once.

Anupama has asked this question to him various times to be honest about his reaction if it was her who had an EMA...

I doubt Baa would have given any different nasihat to Dolly to be honest.. She would have blabbered the same crap... Arrey to an extent her daughter herself would have forgiven her husband.. Hence this family 🤪

To be honest, it has less to do with padha likha and more to do with person's mentality in general. My baa was also uneducated,but she was never so orthodox... In some aspects yes.. But when my parents insisted I get married, she stood by me along with dad to say that I should first move ahead and do something in life..

Baa of this show would be first one to get Pakhi married 🤣 babuji seems more educated but he isn't really seen speaking up either for now.
