It means the N words as well and ruby is saying coz of the food i get that but that is insensitive. Everyone in the house knows that he is taking medicines and has suffered from food poisoning and some infection so plz be considerate enough coz ruby k khanay pe koi ek baat bhi bolay which is wrong kisi ko bhi kisi khanay pe nai kehna chahiye to wo ya to khana chor deti hai which is not right kabhi bhi rizq ko na nahi kartay ya phir apna n husband ka alag bana kar beth jati hai.

It’s not abt ruby or eijaz jo bhi ghar main aisa karta hai bura lagta hai jab jasmean ne kiya tha usey bhi ghalat kaha tha jab arshi ne kaha tha usey bhi kaha tha.
