India in general has an issue with all copyrights and using material that either does not belong to them or they do not give proper credit. It is a pervasive problem that branches out into all kinds of industries. Unfortunately it takes law suits and arguments to set some boundaries. I for one think is time to start respecting everyone' work and to give them their share or their credit.
