I fail to understand why Ekta shows getting so much ratings for her idiotic shows. This week her show Prem Bandhan reached 0.9 directly from 0.6. How can such big fluctuation happen on a Dangal TV show? Because of this TRP system many good shows either hor destroyed or ended.

We will never to get know this until a new rating system launches next year possibly. For now i feel severe trp manipulations is going around every channel.

Hope so it happens soon. Increasing rating 0.9 from 0.6 is high percentage on channel where 0.5-0.7 is average rating. If rating increased by 0.3 on channels like Star or Zee it would be okay but not on Sony or Dangal. If it's so then Devi should have increased to 1.6 from 1.1 instead of going down to 1.0. On Zee last year after TRAI rule was started, both Bhagya TRPs were down till 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden it started getting ratings like before. A friend here on IF suspected it long back when 3 years ago Life Ok Chandrakanta got less than 0.5 TRP on Star Bharat which was justified due to weekend high competitive slot but Ekta's version whose story was very bad got 2+ a few times even in Top 5 or Top 10 list. As for Bhagyas, I wonder many people will watch these shows(where teacher and NRI doctor are made a joke) enough to get them on Top. Also both male leads playing rock singer and cricketer mostly sit at home stuck between wives and sautans. I wonder if Virat Kohli also sits at home like this😆🤣.

Absolutely well said Dude 👏👍🏼, this trp system should be changed as it is very well possible that this TRP SYSTEM is CORRUPTED by producers like Ekta, which is why many good shows are unable to survive, while COMPLETELY CRAP AND REGRESSIVE MATERIAL get high TRPS, it's NOT VERY USUAL THING TO HAPPEN

It's very well possible that she has paid for the TRPs and even she chooses her actors BASED ON THEIR FAN FOLLOWING, that's something really INHUMAN. As if there is NO VALUE for TALENT.

Morever, a friend IF also said that what she said through her serial YHC is TRUE!

Destroy many talented budding, writers, directors and producers, so that SHE REMAINS IN THE TOP!

Choosing actors on basis of fan following is so wrong. I won't be surprised if she cast Asim Riaz and Shehnaz Gill for her next shows. If you see shows of Triangle Films there famous as well as underrated and lesser known actors with great talents are cast. Gul makes disgusting and sexism shows but she too many times casts underrated or lesser known actors.

I do not know about Triangle Films, but I agree that Gul Khan shows are SEXIST, but atleast as you said she GIVES OPPORTUNITY TO UNDERRATED/LESSER KNOWN ACTORS, unlike Ekta!
