Shahrukh Khan puts his cards on Knight Ri

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is going all the way promoting his cricket team, the Kolkata knight Riders who are set to debut in the Indian Premier League matches, this month.

He has launched a website dedicated to the team. He has also declared that he will devote one whole year to back the team and if he meets failure he will go back to his first love, films full time.

SRK has launched his website- http://www.kolkataknightriders.com . According to a source," "It's got everything on the Knight Riders from news to downloads to their mission, including the names of the players, with the latest update on what their logo and mascot Royal Bengal tiger Hoog Lee of the team has been up to."

The website was launched very quietly but has already had 8000 hits. Says Shah Rukh, "I have launched my website on the Knight Riders. I want the youth of India to be part of the website and we have already got a huge response from them."

"I hope that kids who are 12 years old now and are Kolkata Knight Riders' fans (remain so) when they are 22. So, the whole idea is a long dream and I hope it gets fulfilled," he told NDTV on the sidelines of a function here on Saturday.

He also had a philosophical note," "It's not a winning business at this point in time. I won't be able to survive unlike other corporates in this business…So if it doesn't work for one year, then I'm back to basics…I'll be doing my films again.".
