Honestly, out of all the things about Sai, the one thing Virat should respect is that of Sai not wanting Pakhi in their room. Regardless of Sai getting angry or her childlike antics or whatever she does behind closed doors is not for people to see or to come barging in or invading into her personal space.

Virat needs to open his eyes and brains and realize what it is for a person to lose their loved one and show his empathy. He can continue his best friend relationship elsewhere around the house. Losing a loved one forever vs losing a 2 day wala love relationship has a huge difference!!

Sai needs to be career focused now. Her concentration is getting scattered and she is involving into unnecessary drama.
