Same uma...i can't take naps if i do its a very very very long nap lol so i avoid. I keep same sleeping pattern on my days off even . As u get older lol u realise the value ..i use to be fine and function fully with 4 hrs sleep. now anything less then 6 i am zombie mode only yaar.
