Kooki (don't know your name) I faced same kind of situation in India and here in Toronto too, still he tries to break me and try to force me to listen to him (we separated 17 years) he is like I am still your husband and you have to listen to me 😡 So I can understand easily to Anupama...hope she walk out of this horrible famiy and Hubby as soon as possible.

Vanraj is the worst kind of father I have seen on iTV. But can the blame be rested solely on mothers for his sheer disrespect of women? It is a generational cycle; they see their grandmothers or fathers mistreat the lady of the house and learn by copying that to stay in the good eyes of their dominant parent. In such a case, maybe the father-in-law or the male in the house can treat the mother, daughter and DIL equally and intervene when the son goes out of hand or something. Think it lies both ways. No offence intended to the views expressed above, this is purely in Vanraj's case.
