I think it's possible that Mukku may have realized she is a boy due to/after an episode where he saw/understood the difference btw male/female bodies indirectly.... I mean, we saw Mukku interacting with the little boys of the area where she lives with Appu, so...

Unless he learnt it at school, but he only 6/7, do kids that age get already taught subjects like science and, specifically, things related to the human body?

But based on the way the episodes are heading, I think Malhar will bring Mukku to AN. Mukku has to be in AN for the story to move forward. I think Mukku knows that she is a boy and Aparna gave her some lame explanation as to why she has to pretend and her being kid l, believed it. By the end of IPL, I think the truth will be out.

Now, I think I understand why CVS have only shown Mukku bonding with Kalyani. I am 100% sure when Mukku is revealed as Moksh, Kaka will enforce the law and make sure that Moksh has to live with Malhar and Avni. But since Moksh has bonded the most with his AaiWifi, he will always go and seek out Kalyani, and Malhar will follow Moksh's lead, and Avni and her child will get left behind. Her child will no longer be the main Rane waaris and I think Moksh and Avni will not get along, so Moksh will trouble Avni and Avni will hate Moksh. Basically, I feel that this reveal will speed up Avni's exit.

But then again, he keeps saying his Amma will get angry if he changes in front of others, so maybe after learning the truth he already went to Appu and she already scaring him into not speaking about this to anyone else or she'll beat him black and blue... in which case, it'll be again the chain with the rings and a simple DNA test that brings Pillu back to his parents.
