He acts pretty effeminate. Nothing wrong in being who you are, but I am wondering if he’s in the house as per this category.

Wikipedia has a house pattern for BB which has not yet been updated.

Does it really matter? And there is no such thing as effeminate. People aren't all same. Just because someone fits your definition of being "girlish" doesn't mean they belong to LGBT. Stop generalising people.
