I feel like even Kaka knows his anger is unjustified. I just think he got extremely anger when he saw that Malhar was once agian entangled with the Deshmukhs.
Kaka is anger that he lost his child and the fact that Anu ditched him. So Kaka was not there when Anu gave birth, so I'm 100% sure that AS told Kaka to stay away and that Anu didn't want him there and she told Anu that Kaka did not want to come. And after the kid was born, I'm sure AS gave away the kid to someone else to be raised. And even after birth, AS probably told Kaka that Anu was happy this happened as she didn't want to raise a Rane child anyway. And to Anu she probably said that since you gave birth to a stillborn, he no longer wants you.
And after that whole fisaco, Kaka left the city, Ranes inheirted money, AS pressured Vivek to marry Swara, AN fire and Malhar demotion and moving away, and Anu going to law school for 5 years. In all this, AS got away with all her deceptions.
Kaka is not really angry with Kalyani. He didn't say oh why didn't Kalyani come back if she was alive for 5 years. He also seems to understand that Kalyani wouldn't come back if she thinks the worst of Malhar and he doesn't blame her for that. He is upset with Anu and fact that she ditched him over Kalyani. Kaka will come around to Kalyani soon enough.

Kaka is not really angry with Kalyani though his actions make it seem that way.
Whatever anger he is showing towards her will soon subdue, the way now Anu seems to have subdued her anger for Malhar.
Anu was not strong enough to oppose AS and stand by him.. That coupled with the loss of his child, is playing havoc in his mind.
If we see, Malhar and Swara are also his children whose lives the Deshmukhs have made hell.
He plainly doesn't want Malhar to be entangled with Deshmukhs.
Definitely AS has played a lot of foul and will get revealed.
