Suicide happens in the spur of the moment but making a person commit it...pushing them may take months..in some cases.....what I am saying is that this is what the family initially said.....and yes I would go with CBI......it looks like suicide....

100% they knew about his drugs and lifestyle. More than the love for SSR, I found them more interested in being vengeful.

The family also hid his years of mental health issues, the medications he was on, and his sister belatedly tried to cover up that their mother had depression and in her view died from it. Some of them also seemed to be aware of his weed use. Yet they chose to blame and implicate Rhea for his death, and not just 3 months ago - but 2 days ago.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, guilt in their inability to save him and need to believe someone else was at fault has been driving them as much or more than grief.

It's funny how everyone will sympathise with Reha after an interview but will attack the family without even knowing anything about them or Sushant. If family has been part of media trial then even Reha has left no stone unturned to defame them and spew venom. Releasing videos, letting her PR attack family and call them gold diggers ( sisters who raised him).

Family has every right to file FIR especially if they always were suspicious of her.

Someone is in jail at this time, pronounced murdered by social justice warriors, thanked by the sisters as justice on her arrest! If it is pronounced otherwise, there is no amount of time and respect from the hounding that was done to Rhea and her family that can be brought back.

If they filed FIR, stepped back and waited for the CBI to announce the decision, I would totally be on your side
Again, the rest have provided ample evidence of the wrong doing on the family part. I have nothing more to add than the lack of empathy on their part to the plight of someone who was loved by their brother

They accused her of driving him to suicide and lately of murder, drugging him & of being a gold digger. That's not spewing venom? As a result she's been hounded by the media, bots and now is in jail. You expect her to be nice to them and considerate of their feelings? She's a 27 yr old C actress not Mother Teresa.

They LIED about knowing about his depression & being on medication and that she kept him away from them.

I wish that they had done that....I know a lot of people who were on their side and then turned against them just because the sister kept supporting Kangna and Arnab in their lies....I myself felt so mad at her at times.....and then I thought about their loss and Sushant and it calmed me down.....I agree with you and I was myself barely hanging in there.
