Sushant Singh's family lawyer Vikas Singh has claimed that as per the findings of AIIMS doctors, the cause of Sushant's death was "200% strangulation and not suicide". However, Dr Sudhir Gupta, who is leading the team of AIIMS doctors, speaking to India Today, denied these claims and said that the "investigation is still going on". A panel of AIIMS doctors is currently re-evaluating Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem and viscera reports, from the remaining 20 per cent viscera sample available, to ascertain if it was a murder or suicide. They were to submit a conclusive report on September 22, as per what was reported earlier. However, the probe is still on.

Senior Advocate Vikas Singh said, "Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to murder of SSR [Sushant Singh Rajput]. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide."

Responding to this, Dr Sudhir Gupta told India Today, "The investigation is still going on. What he is saying is not correct. We can’t conclude simply on murder or suicide based on just ligature marks and scene of crime. Need more investigation which is still going on and not concluded

Why do they even need an investigation when the doctor can actually see a picture and confirm the cause of death. Wohi dekhke report bana dete. Kitna time waste karte hai yeh log.

I hope this is a fake news. I can’t believe an hi-fi lawyer like him can say such dumb things. But, the way everyone is losing their handles now a days, I think it’s believable.

Doesn’t it weaken his case if it’s proved as a murder? Isn’t the case on abetment of suicide by Rhea? Then, the case crumbles if it’s a murder, as Rhea is not living with him at that time🤔.

Now a lawyer will do the post mortem? Jeeezus.

These people are professionals who have seen thousands of suicide cases and yet u have journalists, this lawyer, and online jobless people saying it's a murder. How dumb can they be?
